Hey there! This place has really good service and great drinks. The reason I put 3 stars on service is because you definitely can get some rude people that get your drink wrong a couple times but there are some other great staff there to improve it. They never usually get my drink wrong at all and mines quite complicated

I’ve had more Starbucks than I can count and this is by far the worst. $6 for a cup of caramel flavored water without the crunch. No thank you. Not a good way to start your business here in Harlan.
Edit: I can see the owner likes to thank people for their reviews even when they are admitting that they also are getting “wrong” drinks, yet no comment to myself or my wife when we literally paid $14 for drinks that tasted like water! The problem was we were already across the mountain before we realized and couldn’t turn around to get them fixed. It’s okay McDonald’s is happy to get our business and yes we do literally go there every day.

Coffee was bad at first but got better after I mixed it. Price was 7 dollars for a large which is outrageous. Speed of service was very slow, took me almost 15 minutes to receive my coffee and there wasn’t many ahead of me in line either. All in all I think this place was pretty mid for the price and I feel it will be one of those fads that will pass within a year.

I’ve had many of the Carmel crunch drinks and these two I got taste ,like a watered down drink with only a little Carmel was in there and some whip cream , it was not made correctly at all . Very disappointed and spending almost 15 $ for two drinks ! I gave them a 2 star because ,they was all polite.
