Lovely staff! We were met with four or five employees, and got the names of Matt and Q. Everyone was helpful, patient with us while we decided what we wanted, and carried a friendly conversation while we were inside.
We prefer this location over the Mountain Brook location, mostly for it’s always impeccable customer service (but the convenience of the location doesn’t hurt)!!

Morgan, Matt, caitie, and Heidi are always so sweet everytime I come in! They take my gluten allergy so seriously and this is one of the only places I will go to because they take it so seriously! I’m always welcomed in the the happiest smiles I’ve seen and the food is amazing, they are all so kind and patient even helped me sign up for the reward program to get point on my subs! Will always come back here!

I have never had a problem ordering with Jersey mikes until today. I went in asking for my usual pepperoni and provolone only sandwich. I have been to this Jersey mikes plenty of times and they always make my sandwich as I ordered. Today, however, I had staff tell me they cannot make my sandwich because they have no way to ring it in. I repeatedly told them that I have been to many Jersey mikes, including this one, where they make it every time and ring it in as a #3. I had to go back and forth with them until they made my sandwich. I don’t know if they are new or not but it should not have been this hard to listen to simple instructions and request. I asked for extra pep and cheese on rosemary parm repeatedly. Did not get extra and my bread was way over done and as dense as a rock. Will not be coming back.

He is so polite and gives the best customer service and he is going to make sure you have exactly what you asked for and it’s always done right. He deserves a raise. I had the best experience ordering with a gluten allergy. The staff was knowledgeable and made it a stress free experience. It was so nice because most places are not aware of procedures about cross contamination. Will be going back!

The staff here is friendly and quick, making the whole experience feel personal even when it’s busy. Unlike some other sub shops, you can actually taste the difference in quality: the vegetables are crisp, the meats aren’t skimpy, and the rolls hold up without falling apart.
Portion sizes are generous—perfect for when you’re really hungry or want leftovers for later. The cold subs are classics (the Italian and Turkey & Provolone are standouts), while the hot subs like the Philly cheesesteak are hearty, cheesy, and satisfying without being greasy.
Also very thankful to the gentlemen who made sure we were taken of in a steadily pace. I did not catch his name, but he is amazing!!!

Everyone was very pleasant and the food was good. However management may want to have a word with the employees about spraying degreasers and cleaners on the back of the signage directly above the bread and grill. We had already gotten our food, luckily, but it was pouring off the back of the sign and flying through the air. First experience and most likely the last.
