We ordered three subs, and two of them were missing the toppings that were clearly requested. When we called the store to explain the issue, the employee who answered responded, “Oh well, what do you want me to do about it?” This was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. When I explained that the order was incorrect and that he needed to do his job and fix it, the situation was not handled appropriately.
Mistakes happen, but the way this was addressed was unacceptable. Customer service should involve listening, taking responsibility, and offering a solution — not dismissing the customer.

Could you spare some meat or cheese? It’s nothing but bread. This is the second time. I won’t make the mistake of ordering a third time. Don’t waste your money, go to Wawa. They actually have better subs, three times the meat at half the price!

Ordered 2 subs. Requested one sub to be cut in half. Told OK. Checked when I got home. Didn’t happen. Second sub to add pickles. Got home, not a pickle anywhere. At checkout I was overcharged. Talk about incompetence!

This place I will never go back to,very rude staff,I had ordered 3 subs costing 16.00 each, 2 were ok,but mine did not have any meat on it and when I asked about it,the man ignored me at first asked again he laughed in my face,told me I could pay extra,I was like why would I pay for extra when there isn’t anything on there but 3 thin slices to begin with and it cost 16.00 each, then I had asked to not put so much oil and vinegar on the others sandwiches that looked nice and I was given a dirty look,and the young girl dumped tons on it, the staff needs fired at this place,I made him keep the one he wouldn’t correct and bought the other 2 only because my mom and husband was hungry. Will never go to this place ever again!! I’ll spend my 35.00 + tip on 2 sandwiches somewhere else.

We always get the original Italian sub. We both enjoy it and there is plenty of meat on the sandwich which is my favorite part. Good friendly service and clean tables to sit and eat your sub. My wife loves the BBQ potato chips also.

First impressions are open for anything, having a clean and subtle atmosphere is very comfortable. I loved the responsive service, but enduring indirect contact and a spoiled person can sometimes ruin the atmosphere. My taste was probably off. The Philly sub’s bread didn’t have its usually grilled-touch, with the most, the steak tasted like rubber and felt like it too. I’d rather stick to 12th st.

Very rude staff member Amber. First time at Jersey mikes and she made it very difficult. She was constantly saying “ we aren’t taught that way” “we don’t do it unless YOU ask”. Amber I hope you learn manners and not to talk so much while wrapping peoples food. You actually spit a lot when you talk. AND THATS DISGUSTING!

The one certainty no matter where you go, the subs / heros are excellent. The crew was very friendly and attentive to making sure they made the best sandwiches.
