Today we visited this Jersey Mike’s location and had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Nick. From the very first interaction, it was clear that Nick is genuinely proud to work for Jersey Mike’s and takes exceptional pride in representing the brand. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and impressively knowledgeable about the entire menu as well as current specials. He even went above and beyond by checking our Shore Points balance and letting us know exactly when our next reward would be available.
Nick is truly a pillar of this company and the definition of what outstanding customer service should look like. Employees like him are what keep customers coming back, and he is without question deserving of recognition and promotion. We will absolutely return to this location specifically because of him. As an added bonus, this was the cleanest Jersey Mike’s we’ve ever visited. Outstanding experience all around keep up the phenomenal work!

Great service, clean store, amazing food. Subs were fresh and delicious. White bread was baked to perfection, and so soft! Tuna and Italian were the favorites. Kids loved the brownies too! Very friendly service. Yum!!

One of the best experiences Ive had at a Jersey Mikes. The food was amazing, but the service was out of this world. Ladies were so nice, and were so interested in my son having a great experience. Hes a hard sell, picky eater, but left so happy. They are amazing!

Jersey Mike’s needs to hire a decent manager to handle the children they have working there! Very rude. Terrible experience. Kid touching money with food gloves on and going back to make sandwiches. NOT CHANGING GLOVES. GROSS.

Very disappointed with my sandwich preparation. They are a hit and miss with getting your order correct which is unacceptable! This has happened more than two times. Because it has happened before I was intentional in placing my order and again it was totally wrong!!!

Definitely a place you have to unwrap your food in the restaurant to look at what they gave you because following basic sandwich making instructions isn’t something this restaurant can do.
Gotta love driving home and biting into your food to realize that it isn’t your sub or even food that you eat in my case. Call for a refund and get offered a free sub next time well great solution to me being hungry right now and across town.
Top if off we stopped by because they had a thing w the local school to donate a portion of profits to the school and when i wanted a refund they had to mention how my refund would hurt the schools money raised. Trashy move i just wanted dinner not all this extra.
I got no refund which is fine because i wanted to support the school afterall just wish i was eating my correct order, instead of giving you money, not getting to eat what i paid for and then you donating a portion of that to the school, i could have just donated to the school directly

Horrible customer service. I placed a catering order for August 2nd at 11:45 am for delivery, the delivery is through door dash. I received confirmation via email and text and made sure it was the correct location. The door dasher sends me a text to let me know they did not receive my order about 20 minutes from the delivery time. They weren’t willing to work with me when I called and I was left to order elsewhere last minute for my event. I haven’t even been refunded yet or heard anything back from corporate.
