I had breakfast here with my family and ordered eggs with bacon and pancakes. Unfortunately, the eggs were undercooked and almost raw, so I couldn’t eat them—only the pancakes. Despite that, I was still charged for a meal that was not properly cooked and that I didn’t even eat. I believe more attention should be paid to food preparation and safety, as serving undercooked eggs could make someone sick. I hope the management takes this as constructive feedback to improve the quality and safety of their meals.

The atmosphere is always good in crackers barrel and they are popular chain restaurant. Food is average for me, price is fair. Could be an option when you don’t want to cook at home.

Nice place, we went like 2 weeks ago, and planning to go again this weekend, everything is perfect: the cozy atmosphere makes you wish to stay the entire day, the service is awesome, from the receptionist, to the server, all of them are pretty nice and friendly and of course the food tastes completely delicious! Highly recommended for breakfast.

Omg, The place was the cleanest and best smelling I’ve been in, right down too the restroom… I have never seen a better staff, I actually felted wanted there and we came in later than we meant to…we did leave befor close as I’d never do that to anyone, leaving after is so rude.
And the service and food were perfect.
The big easy steak n shrimp meal was the best I’ve ever had and I am straight up carnivore…so I know good meat.
I love all their food but I’m positive I now have a favorite meal. You want good go to Lewisville Cracker Barrel .

One of the coziest place to eat gives a lot of good feel to just sit with family and enjoy the food. The food is tasty could not ask for anything more and they keep it consistent even after 10 years of going there on regular basis. Kids love the eggs and hashbrown would not want to miss the Saturdays.

Please note, Our server … Kimberly was attentive and awesome! Hadn’t been to Cracker Barrel in years. I ordered the homestyle chicken with some fried apples and pinto beans. My wife eagerly ordered the turnip greens and chicken and dumplings. I love the portion size and taste of the homestyle chicken with fried apples and pinto beans. As for the chicken and dumplings, there wasn’t any chicken in the dumplings!!! As of the turnip greens , now .. that …was absolutely wonderful! Overall and average experience. My side dinner was spectacular; my wife’s side was ***awful***.

We chose this restaurant out of many options, and unfortunately the dining experience was disappointing.
There were 7 of us, and although I understand holidays can be very busy for restaurants, the food quality should still be consistent. Most dishes were just okay, nothing special, but my fried chicken was very bad. It tasted like it had been cooked a couple of days earlier and then reheated — dry, tough, and not fresh at all.
That said, we do love visiting this place for the country store. The store is amazing — I always end up shopping and finding wonderful gifts to save for later. It’s definitely the highlight of coming here

Loved it! So excited about breakfast being served all day (you have to ask for the breakfast menu if it’s later in the day). Food was really good. Service was fantastic! Ethan is one of the friendliest and most helpful servers we’ve had in a while! Seriously such a great experience we definitely will be back! Love the country store too… found some great Christmas stocking stuffers! Thanks y’all!!

The women that was helping us must have been new. She was terrible it was a younger black women with a country accent with sparkles on her name badge. 1.5 hrs waiting and she dismissed us like we were just extra to her and she did not hide her actions when the table of 10 showed up because she ran to service every whims they needed and us, forgotten. It wasn’t even busy in the restaurant there was maybe 6 tables of people there total and people that got there even after us, ate and left before we even got our food. When we went to the front to pay and explain how we were treated we waited 15 min at the Register, only till after I had to go wave someone down that they came and she was most occupied on her TikTok which was pound then to help me. She didn’t even hear when we asked to speak to a manager so we just left…. Worst service ever.

Having grown up in a very rural area, places like this evoke memories of comfort and nostalgia. Any restaurant is only as good as the cooks working every day. Some days are great and some are not as good, but generally it is consistent and tasty. Service here is very hit and miss. We usually get acceptable service and then our latest visit our wait staff seemed to hide in the back and showed very little concern of taking care of us. We had to get up and ask for flatware, refills and the check. As nostalgic as this is, it is severely dated and the decor looks a bit worn out. Go for the food, the nostalgia but I would keep your expectations in check.
