Wonderful experience. We went with my daughter and Grandson. The food was fresh and delicious. The guy who took my order was so pleasant. The girls who made the sandwiches and the cashier were sweethearts. Being from up North we can honestly say Jersey Mike’s has the best Philly subs in Orlando..

I ordered on the app, placed my order at 11:05, it said my order would be ready at 11:25. I go in at 11:20 and it wasn’t ready yet, no big deal because I was early. Over the next 15 minutes, 5 or more customers come in, order, receive their food and leave while I’m still waiting. It’s now 11:35 and I don’t have my food. Very unorganized and sad that I could have just walked in and got served quicker than ordering online. What they’re really telling their customers is to not order online if they want to have good service. I used to work in food service, so I know how difficult it can be but this was unacceptable.

Wait time is horrible! I ordered online (in the app) with a 11:56 am pick up time. When I arrived the order was not ready. I waited at least 10 minutes before speaking up. I was told they were understaffed. I asked to have my order moved up since I was waiting. 15 minutes later still no food. This is ridiculous. If I had only order for me , I would’ve cancelled the order. Finally received it 30 minutes after the time that was established by the app. Crazy part is walk ins were helped before those of us that ordered ahead. This place need’s better management or something.

I love this Jersey Mike’s Sub’s location for more than one reason. The staff is outstanding and they work great together as a team. Kyla is an amazing team leader/manager and she remembers the orders of her regular customers. I live in the neighborhood and frequently stop in at various times. I have always found the store to be clean beyond expectation, well stock and staff prepared for any rush. They balance in-store customers and online orders with ease. I’ve been to several Jersey Mike’s Sub’s but they don’t compare to the service at the Ecco on Orange plaza location. Keep up the great service Kyla and Terrance, it’s because of you guys that I keep coming back . See ya soon

Very disappointed in this location- I order from here frequently and I called at 8:21 on 06/29/22 and someone picked up and hung up before I could even say a word. Called back and the phones were disconnected. I was going to pick up dinner for my mom so I had her call several times thinking maybe it was my phone to place a pick up order as I was on the way. I showed up to place my order at 8:32 and they said they were only offering cold subs because they shut off the grill and they are closing soon. With 30 minutes left before closing. I just got home it’s 8:50 and their lines are still disconnected. Bad customer service.

First time at this location. Went around lunchtime on a Thursday, no wait. Was greeted upon arrival and orders taken promptly. Restaurant and restroom was clean 4 stars because I asked for no peppers on my #17 and there were peppers on it (sandwich was to go so did not notice prior to leaving the store). Overall good experience! Remember to use/sign up for Shore Points to receive free goodies!!

Ordered online and got to the store and food was not ready at the time specified as usual. This happens every time. Why have an online ordering system with a pick up time, If it’s never going to be ready on time. Order was supposed to be ready at 11:15 and I didn’t get there til 11:20 and left at 11:30. Order wasn’t even started til I got there. There are five people working in the back so I’m not sure how orders seem to fall behind. There were many other people also waiting on online orders that weren’t ready. This location needs to work on their time management
