When we came in today for our lunch the two ladies working were absolutely slammed. There was a pretty long line, and had a few online orders and also a catering order. They handled it super well and were amazing, despite one of the girls only working there for only a few previous shifts. 100% want to acknowledge how AMAZING these two employees were handling everything. My only concern would be maybe to have a third employee on for peak times of lunch hours to help with these rush situations?

Food was decent, but the speed here operates on its own time zone. Ordered pickup and watched the minutes tick by like I was waiting on a solar eclipse. If you’re on a schedule — especially for delivery — bring snacks, patience, and maybe a camping chair. Not terrible food, just Olympic-level slow service.

Edit:

The adventure continued. I left, only to realize over half the order was missing, so back I went. Instead of a quick fix, I got an impromptu lecture from a young privileged girl with glasses, meanwhile customers waited and my order was still wrong. The sandwich I did get looked like it lost a fight with the sauce bottle — more on the wrapper than the bread. At that point, I set the whole order on the counter and called it a day.
Disappointed,
Florida Mike

I have family in Gulf Breeze and I make it a point to visit Gulf Breeze’s Jersey Mikes every time I visit. Let me state emphatically – the subs are great, but it really is the lady named Austin, the lady behind the counter – who is ALWAYS great! to customers, friendly, welcoming (the line is not stressed) – and, I notice, always mentoring her teammates and new staff. 100% the way things should be.

Worst experience I’ve had at a Jersey Mike’s. Slow service and I was starving. I’ve had faster service at lunch rush. And I tipped! This is even more why I hate tipping prompts before you’ve even had any service. Was I supposed to take it back from my card payment?! Never again.
I grabbed my sandwich and left. As I’m eating my #31 (CA chicken cheesesteak), I proceeded to have numerous pieces of CHICKEN BONES in my sandwich!!! I had to literally pick through it with my fingers to even be able to eat SAFELY. There were 4 pieces of bone about an inch long, and 3 smaller pieces. I’m so grossed out and disappointed. Not to mention the insides of my hot sandwich that I got all over my fingers. WTH? I’ll pass on this location next time.

Good food, good employees, bad prices. Rather go to a sit dow burger joint for 16 bucks rather than a 7 inch sub and 5 dollar 32 oz drink.

My family was visiting from out of town. My son is allergic to many different foods including dairy, which makes it very difficult to eat out. This location (on two occasions) was extremely accommodating and friendly. My son said it was the best sub he ever had. We are incredibly appreciative of the care they took making his safe sub, and we enjoyed our subs as well.
