I’ve been to this location a couple of times before. I decided to go here today for lunch. As I was looking at the menu, this dude came inside with his dog. The dog was a puppy doberman. I’m not sure why the workers let him bring it inside when the dog isn’t a service animal. The owner let’s his puppy rest his dirty front paws on the counter as three if the workers said nothing and started to pet the puppy and one of the workers gave the owner of the puppy some bacon wrapped in plastic. So here I am waiting to be served. I waited several minutes to order food. I guess this location is turning into a petting zoo now. So, I had to wait a couple more minutes for a worker to wipe down the counter. The food is good, and they have a pretty decent menu. I don’t think I’ll return to this location again. Those workers need more customer service training.

If I could give negative stars I would. DID NOT enjoy my experience at this location today, waited over 10 minutes for one regular sub just to get the sub and it only have meat and cheese, no veggies/sauce. When I called about the issue, the worker continued to say she could not hear me even after repeating myself time and time again. When I went back to the store, the lady on the grill only offered to add the toppings to my sub and not remake it even though the sub was drenched in grease from all the meat and cheese. In the end the ladies on duty added the toppings to my already tired sandwich and sent me on. This would not have happened if the young lady on grill decided to pay attention and not talk to a man who had just walked in prior, in addition the other lady on staff was not helpful to the process. The only person trying to help was the young man who took my order who was in the end thrown under the bus with his coworkers saying he did not write the ticket correctly when in fact he did.

Expensive and not worth the money. Over $6 for a “mini” sub without the extra dollar for cheese. Bread was hard crusted and the tuna itself had nothing going for it. Much like Subways of old, it’s a lot of money for lots of breading and little meat. Absolutely never again. Publix Deli is much much better.
