I was there today 7/14/23 at 8:42 the service was great. They were very, very friendly. The young lady name, Shay even wipe down the the meat cutter because I do not eat pork I thought that was very nice of her. She gave excellent customer service. The manager that was there was very nice as well. I will definitely be going back.

Good location, easy to get in and out of with plenty of parking. There are no shortage of sub sandwich options in Hinesville, but Jersy Mike’s is always a good choice. The staff is quick, and the food is great. Prices can be a little high, and topping choices are few, but there are many sandwich options on the menu.

Oil dripping from sandwich and all over the paper it was packaged in. My sandwich is currently sitting in a puddle of oil and I can barely eat it. Poorly made, and had tomatoes on it which I did not ask for. This is the third time they have messed up my order.

I was in the middle of eating when I saw someone’s hair in my food from here today, and I know for certain it is not mine, because my hair is not black. All I can say is I am truly disgusted. I eat from this locatin all the time and I have never experienced anything like this from here ever. I am disappointed and this will certainly be my very last time eating from here, so gross.

I really enjoyed their customer service.. The cashier was very pleasant with a smile and positive energy. She was very attentive not just to me but others customers as well. Can’t remember her name but she had braids in her hair. The food was also good. And my order exactly how I wanted it. I will be going back and hopefully the same young lady be there, because she made my day..

Jersey Mike’s in Hinesville did an awesome job preparing 7 boxes (12 sandwiches per box) of sandwiches last minute. I ordered the sandwiches at 6pm in the evening and picked them up at 11 am the next day. And of course as always the sandwiches tasted awesome! I highly recommend Michelle and her team!
