This place is an absolute joke. Had a sandwich missing in the last TWO orders. This staff is so inept and aren’t even qualified to work at a sandwich shop. And there is no recourse you jus have to deal with your meal missing. Charge you $80 for a door dash and can’t even put the stupid sandwich in the bag. Employees are a joke. You should be embarrassed but you’ll his collect a pay check instead.

Absolutely disgusting. They put so much oil on my sandwich that it has completely soaked the bag. I called to ask if I could return it and they said they put it on the way they were trained to do so. I have never had this experience before with getting oil or vinegar on my sandwiches. Completely revolting. I can squeeze it and oil drips out of the sandwich. Management was useless to speak to

Normally have good experiences at the store so im a regular but for some reason one of the employees felt it was necessary to be rude while I was ordering my sandwich with curt responses to my every question. I felt very unwelcome, the other employee however was kind so a 2 star is the best rating I can give.

Good location, easy to get in and out of with plenty of parking. There are no shortage of sub sandwich options in Hinesville, but Jersy Mike’s is always a good choice. The staff is quick, and the food is great. Prices can be a little high, and topping choices are few, but there are many sandwich options on the menu.

The manager is awful and rude he ignores the customers and is very passive aggressive slamming stuff and talking rude to the customers when he does talk. Never again had to cancel my mobile order after 45 minutes waiting on a small sub with mushrooms and cheese !!

This place is so hit and miss between rude employees in the store and door dash orders wrong. Ordered double meat. Barely got single meat. It’s not that hard to get it right. It’s making a sandwich not rocket science.

Worst sub ever. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and there was absolutely no bacon on it. The crew needs to be retrained on what comes on each sandwich. The district manager needs to be retrained on food and safety too. She was restocking the veggies and instead of the 1st in 1st out system she puts the new veggies on top of old veggies.

I was in the middle of eating when I saw someone’s hair in my food from here today, and I know for certain it is not mine, because my hair is not black. All I can say is I am truly disgusted. I eat from this locatin all the time and I have never experienced anything like this from here ever. I am disappointed and this will certainly be my very last time eating from here, so gross.
