There are literally no people in the store at the moment and the server/sandwich maker took 5-10 Minutes to come to the counter or greet me. Also, I ordered a number 9 gluten free giant and was told I can’t switch turkey for ham (which I have done at several other locations.)

This is the worst Jersey Mike’s in Atlanta. The service takes FOREVER!!! They also are super stingy with meat. It’s almost like thier slicer is set on half the thickness of most Jersey Mike’s. Its all bread, not meat. Thier staff remains the same despite never being quick with anything and always seeming like they are lost. Horrible got to Sharpsburg location or other location in Ptree

Had the very best experience when I went to this location today!!! Firstly I was greeted by very loud and happy welcomes and big smiles!! I told them I needed just a few minutes and they happily waited patiently for me. Once I chose my sandwiches they asked me the different questions and also asked me about my day and the manager even complimented my shirt (a rainbow shirt with hands holding)!! They put my sandwiches together very nice and didn’t just throw it all together like other locations you could tell they take their time!! I put in my shore number and we talked about how long I had been a member, I’m just moving to the area so I’ll definitely be back to this certain location!! I was told to have a great evening and they’d see me again!! So nice and warm very good sandwiches and lovely people!!!

Agree with the other reviews. Customer service is usually meh and average at best, but most importantly this place is always disgusting. Floors are sticky and unswept, counters are always dirty. Tables are gross looking. Very poor cleaning.

Danielle the manager was so nice! She made me and my friends subs with a great attitude even though we walked in 10mins before closing! The bathrooms and store was very clean and the food was amazing and fresh! We definitely come back to this location!

I would have given them a five-star due to the customer service the problem is the place is never clean when I go in there the counters are dirty if I was a health inspector and come in there and expect everything this place would be definitely shut down pay attention when the co-workers they’re sweeping the floor then come and take your order without washing their hands putting on gloves it doesn’t matter if you put the gloves on I’m not sure if you don’t wash your hand you still getting contamination from the glove or the mop that you just had in your hand need to pay attention to what you’re doing when you’re dealing with food
