Had the very best experience when I went to this location today!!! Firstly I was greeted by very loud and happy welcomes and big smiles!! I told them I needed just a few minutes and they happily waited patiently for me. Once I chose my sandwiches they asked me the different questions and also asked me about my day and the manager even complimented my shirt (a rainbow shirt with hands holding)!! They put my sandwiches together very nice and didn’t just throw it all together like other locations you could tell they take their time!! I put in my shore number and we talked about how long I had been a member, I’m just moving to the area so I’ll definitely be back to this certain location!! I was told to have a great evening and they’d see me again!! So nice and warm very good sandwiches and lovely people!!!

Best Jersey Mike’s location hands down. I stop in for lunch at least 3 days a week and the staff is amazing. When you see the store manager using a broom to clean up you know she’s a good one. Great food and definitely recommend stopping in.

They put all the wrong ingredients on my sandwich. I ordered a sandwich and clearly stated “I don’t want mayonnaise” they said okay then they put tons of mayonnaise on my sub. This whole store needs to be shut down because of the bad employees. They all need to get fired.

I just have to come thru and say how happy I m with the excellent service of David, who prepared my #56, and Phyllis, who prepared my cold sub. They were the best. It’s hard to imagine anyone giving this place less than 5 stars! I’ll definitely be back, and send others to this location. If you’re ever in Peachtree City, the Crosstown location is where it’s at!!!

This is my favorite location in Peachtree City. The staff are always nice, polite and welcoming. The subs are well made and they check in to ask if it looks good before wrapping it up. If you live in PTC come to this location, its worth your time even if you live on the north side of PTC.

I’m not one to post reviews especially bad ones. I like to think everyone has a bad day and will try one more time before I write a company off. Yesterday we placed an order for three sandwiches at 11:43am. Estimated time of delivery was 12:25pm. I followed the status of the driver and he arrived to your store at 12:15pm but we did not receive our food until 12:45. We were not that upset about the length of time, it was lunch time after all. We received two out of the three sandwiches that we ordered and out of the two that we did receive only one was correct. I called the store immediately to get a new order but there was no answer. It is now 24 hours later and my husband and I have both tried calling to get our money refunded at this point at least 30 times and I have yet to have someone answer the phone. I have no choice but to post this bad review because I can’t get anyone to answer the phone! Btw…we have ordered from this store a few times in the past and it’s been good. Timely and fresh food.
