So my sub that I called in was made incorrectly. Had mayo instead of mustard. Called back and the manager Quan jumped on it with no problem. He was so sweet and professional. I was having a bad day and he made it better by letting me vent to him. He didn’t have to do it but he did. And I thank him for that. Please keep him around.

I came in close to closing time and ordered three sandwiches. Two of those sandwiches are technically not on the menu anymore, and are somewhat of a “secret menu item”. Megan had never made these sandwiches, however she listened to what I asked and did her best. I’d like to give a shout out to Megan because it was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had from jersey mikes!

Kathy was very professional and welcoming from when I walked in, placed my order, and walked out! This location has a great set of people and it shows how hard working they are. The bathroom was clean and all employees wore their uniforms clean. Even when the store is busy they show how hard working and professional they are! If you’re looking for great hospitality, and fast, this is the place to go!
