Donuts and coffee were fine. All 4 working staff members just stood around and stared at me while waiting to order, no one made any effort to greet us and generally seemed inconvenienced by our presence. Maybe had two words spoken to us during the entire interaction. Bathroom was filthy.

So I placed an online order with Tim Hortons in Washington Court House, for a muffin, doughnut, hashbrown, and timbits. I pick it up from the drive-thru lane and then moved to the front of the building so that I can check my order. Hash brown was on top and then the chocolate dip donut was laying upside down on the chocolate chip muffin. So, I picked up the doughnut and the icing was half gone, and while I’m sitting there, the lady that waited on me came out the front door and lit up her cigarette. And then another car pulled into the parking lot, so she had to put it out and run back in to take care of them. I’m not sure if she’s the manager or there was no manager there, but it’s a terrible representation of Tim Hortons. I would’ve gone back in to replace the doughnut, but I had to get it to my granddaughter so I could get her off to school. Not likely, I will be back!!!!

The Tim Horton’s site we stopped at was on our way to RenFaire in Waynesville around 10 a.m.. They appeared under staffed. The bathrooms were in need of serious cleaning. There were cobwebs in the windows. The sandwich 2 of us ordered were not prepared correctly and a sandwich one of the kids had fell apart [the biscuit just crumbled]. There appeared to be mold around the seal on the little fridge storing oj and milk. Did not see a hair net on any staff.

Somebody needs to check in on this place… ordered a BLT, here’s what I got for my $4.99. Bacon is uncooked for the most part. Lettuce is turning brown. The tomato slice has a hard end piece that’s gross. I tossed the sandwich in the trash and went to McDonalds.

Placed a mobile order and was initially given someone else’s order when we got to the drive thru. The guy tried to argue that the order he’d given me was definitely mine. I reminded him of my name and he said there were two orders placed under my name so it wasn’t his fault (there weren’t, and I’d never ordered the items he’d given me in my life). We then waited forever for the correct order while the guy at the drive thru was very short with us. Eventually, after we received our order, I noticed that the egg in the bacon, egg, and cheese I’d ordered had an omelette bite in its place (we didn’t even order any omelette bites). It genuinely seems like this was done out of spite.

Being that I live south of the great white north, I don’t see many Tim’s. But driving through Ohio, I saw not one but several Tim Hortons. I had to stop. This kick Dunkin donuts rear any day.

The manager is a horrible rude person. The food there’s is never cooked correctly and sits in a warmer for hours if you don’t come super early in the morning , the “coffee is cold” because they are not aloud to keep them on the burner . The supervisor along with the general manager are both rude and don’t know how to treat people. They never fixed anything that was broken just blamed everyone around them and in my opinion I wouldn’t eat there nor would I even visit the store . The general manger is a shorter lady you will see her she runs around the building like it’s gonna fall apart . Honestly just good luck with the whole tim Hortons in Washington court house you will also hear the supervisor say that she don’t need any of her worker cause they aren’t nothing and can’t do nothing right and she can do it all by herself.
