They tried to make our sandwiches with moldy bread. We saw the guy remove the ends of the bread then put it on the grill. Then he picked it up off the grill and turned and removed more of the bread. Then when we asked if something was wrong with the bread, he said no then spoke to another employee, that other employee came and threw the bread on the grill away and grabbed a new one and put it on the grill. Do not trust this location! On top of everything they didn’t give us what came with the combos even though our receipt says we were charged for combos and they were super rude.

one worker was laughing obnoxiously when i walked in and as i was leaving and the other serving me was rude.. i was planning to eat inside but honestly they didn’t make me feel comfortable to do so. plus all the chairs were still up on the tables. at least they know how to make the subs

Once again this location fully exemplifies INCOMPETENCE. Repeatedly, they fail to deliver timely on-line order. Ordered 30 minutes ago, one sandwich. Go inside tell them name. They say, it’ll be awhile. I say are you sure? I ordered 20-30 minutes ago. Cook says, I made that-don’t know where it is. Let us make another.
Different staff here than last fail. Got to think it is lack of proper management. Need to find the next closest JM.

I used to work customer service, but 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches I placed online is a bit disappointing. Staff were very nice though ! And the sandwiches Deere yummy!! But operationally if I walk in and see 2 other people on line making their orders while I’m waiting for my pick up order to be ready as I showed by the time it said it’d be ready and somehow walk ins still receive theirs food faster than the order I placed 30 minutes ago, something is off. Regardless I’ll be back

I don’t understand how so many people who came in after me with longer orders could have gotten their food first. And I didn’t think it was at all professional to just dump my order on the counter and walk away without speaking to me. They didn’t even look to see if I paid, or ask if i want to add extras or a drink?? And when I opened the sub, I was incredibly disappointed to find they used the completely wrong bread! I really expect more and I am disappointed that this Jersey Mike’s was so disinterested in providing good service. I would not recommend anyone eat here until they get new staff and new standards.

I was genuinely surprised at how patient the guys working were with me. I would have been kinda annoyed if I was in their shoes. I was there evening Wednesday October 22, 2025, so shout out to those guys. Food was awesome too!

I came in for my usual sandwich and today they tell me they no longer offer the military discount at this store. Maybe they were in a hurry to close and just wanted me out of the store but it was still 5 minutes away from closing. I’d like to know if Jersey Mikes still supports our military service.

I wanted to leave this review because I was at this location yesterday around 5 pm and there was one employee there who was swamped but worked very vigilant and had proper communication with all the other customers. Not only that but the sub that I received was the best sub I’ve ever had at a Jersey Mike’s.

We were very clear and concise with our order and I would like to say the employee wrote everything down correctly; however, our subs weren’t made correctly. With my particular sub, I didn’t want onions or jalapenos and only wanted oil (NO vinegar), but I received all 3. I should’ve checked before we left but we made it all the way home. The staff isn’t unfriendly but very to the point. I like a lil personality, but that’s a personal preference and did not affect my review. I will definitely be back because beyond the errors, the food was quality!
