Great place. I have been going here about 8 months since I started working close by. Never mess anything up, staff is super cool. Knows me by name at this point. Always go the extra mile. Hot subs and cold are always really good. Managers both stop by my table and check on how the food is most of the time (if I dine in and they ain’t slammed). Love this place.

Here is why this place gets a 5 star. It was just plain good customer service and I appreciate when someone acknowledges our existence and says hey we’re busy and I will get with you as soon as I can. Half the time you cannot get any type of acknowledgment anymore and that goes a long way. I have walked out of many places when someone has walked by me multiple times without saying so much as hello. I don’t expect you to drop everything but let me know that you see me. The food was good just like most Jersey Mikes and I forgot that it really is like a deli they slice the meat right there.

Love the subs however the last two times I was there the point system didn’t work. The cashier took my phone number to add later but of course never did. Not too happy about that. When I called in they could not fix it without the receipt.

Very polite, friendly and professional staff at this location. This is the way all Jersey Mike’s should be staffed, but unfortunately they are all not this way. Service was fast, Food was great and came exactly as ordered. Great dining experience, will definitely make this my Jersey Mike’s for future orders!
