Went in on a Saturday night. Walked in, employee was making an online order with like 4 sandwiches but other than that no one else was there. No one acknowledged me for a few a minutes, then finally they acknowledge me start my sandwich, but only adding ingredients to my sandwich as they get out ingredients for the order they were making. So my one sandwich was a 15 minute stop. I ordered extra meat but the sandwich was light, very stingy, and not made super well. No ice for the drinks, so I did not even bother getting the soda I ordered and no offer of a refund when I let them know. I have tried this place a few times and unless one guy is working it’s a disappointing experience. I keep telling myself to stop coming here and I think this is the time I finally stop giving them the benefit of the doubt. It’s not worth the high price tag to be disappointed each time.

What happened to this location? I useto like getting subs here back then and have gave them chances after getting annoyed how dirty it has gotten on the work station when they make your sub. I was craving a sub, bought the largest sub and it ended in the when I got home just thinking how one of the staff members had mayonnaise on her arm after spreading it on the bread and then it touched my sub after, I have asked not to put to much of it. Also, who goes to work with pink sandles with socks.

Change the brown lettuce, Customer Service is out standing, the location is very nice and clean. Make sure the sides are fresh. And don’t use the same spatula for applying condiments to sandwich

I’ve had a few different subs from this location and all of them have been good. My only complaint is regarding the Italian sub which is that it is kind of mismarketed. It should really just be called a ham sub because it’s about 90% ham with just a few slices of Italian meats.
