At this place you can enjoy Mexican dishes with an excellent and authentic flavor. The food is well prepared and truly delicious, but what really makes this location special—at least the one in Mansfield—is the service. Marisela and Reina are two wonderful ladies who make you feel right at home. They are kind, warm, and very attentive with every customer. Their friendly attitude and genuine hospitality make the experience even better. Thanks to them, the visit becomes more than just a meal; it turns into a pleasant and memorable moment.

Everything we tried was delicious. I Can finally say I have found a true authentic Mexican restaurant. The Mexican coffee was my favorite! I don’t see a problem with having to pay for everything as all menu items are priced great! My family of 6 and I were able to eat very good for $68. Highly recommend! We will be recommending to all our family and friends. Ps. We also drive here from Fort Worth so it’s worth the drive!

My wife and I have been on the hunt for great Mexican food in Mansfield, and Casa Jacaranda absolutely delivered. I had the mole enchiladas with rice and beans — the flavor was rich, bold, and unforgettable. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere made the whole experience feel authentic and welcoming. Hands down the best we’ve had in the area. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I went to this place with my wife, looking for a place to eat something quick before our movie date, and this place popped up on my maps near my area. We were a little skeptical before going in, it was close to their closing time and there was nobody inside. We went in, and we were pleasantly surprised at their menu, they had quite a bit of a variety of authentic mexican dishes. We ordered enchiladas , I ordered mixed meats, and my wife ordered chicken fajita enchiladas. I was expecting to be served some warmed up food from a holding container, but I saw the cook pulling out a tray of fresh chicken from a tray and started grilling it, I knew then it was going to taste good, and I was right, everything was absolutely delicious. On top of that, service was amazing from the beginning. I have started recommending this place to my family, I think we have found our new favorite place to eat and not far from my house. I will be going through all their menu offerings every time We visit.

First time visiting here I noticed it as we were looking for a place for lunch. Small greatly decorated place with authentic feel of Mexico. We arrived but many tables were not cleaned up yet so had to ask someone to assist in cleaning to sit down. We sat down waited 15 mins waiting for the waitress and not informed we had to get up an order at the counter. Wish we had been told so prevent delays. But they were a nice staff just a lack of urgency. Food was good I think they may have rushed since we arrived at 1:30 and they close and 3. We may look to revisit and try the breakfast.
