Had a mistake with an order. They fixed it and went above and beyond. Great food for good price. The provolone and cheese is my favorite sandwich on the menu. It’s a lot of food for a reasonable amount and really good deli meat. Best sub place in the area

Always like Jersey Mike’s. We had a turkey and cheese sub and the Italian as a salad in a bowl. The lettuce and onion could have been fresher (not bad or spoiled) but I have used a little older at home as well.

What’s the point of placing an online order, if the cooks are only going to start the order once you actually get there????? I get there just to wait an additional 15 minutes on top of the 20 minutes I already had to wait for the food, to get my one sandwich. No communication what so ever, but people coming in after me are getting their food. Interesting enough that when I asked for a refund, the workers knew had to get my sandwich out in a timely manner. Probably the worst jersey mikes location I’ve been too.

Hands down the best Jersey Mike’s I have ever been to. I have been going to them for years. Great management and team. They bake the bread perfect, should be the standard company wide. I have been to other locations…not even close. This team makes me feel like family. Best fast food hoagie in town, and best staff!! Thanks crew!

I LOVE going to this Jersey Mike’s! It’s always a great experience. There is a guy named Mike (I think) and he remembers everyone’s name and order! He is amazing! I hope he makes a lot of money. He is a great employee . Or maybe he owns it! Idk but he’s great!! They make you feel like family. I really like going there and of course the food is always good. I highly recommend!

OK droped in to purchase 2 subs i asked the cashier about the person making my food why he doesn’t have a hair net on and he responded my manager said he didn’t need one not good being as touvh his hair was covering his eyes and had to keep flopping his head back to see in front of him huuh bo thabks i got a refund and got harrassed before explaining about health codes place was dirty also no goood.

To whom that wants to order from Jersey Mike’s in Springfield it’s a joke, make sure you get here before 8 o’clock because their hours clearly state 10-9Pm, and they always close their doors around 8:15 PM! They do this every time and I don’t understand how corporate allows them to get away with it! They might as well change their hours to 8 PM Instead of 9 Pm. And to add insult to injury when you’re knocking on the door they just ignore you like you have never ordered or spent your money in this establishment!!! This is misleading and very unprofessional of the business with the owner allowing this to happen regularly!! I hope this falls on someone in the main corporation to know about because I’m done ordering or getting anything from any Jersey Mike’s because of this experience…

Horrible service and food! I’ve been coming into this Jersey Mike’s for approximately 5yrs,even tho I’m closer to the one in Lorton. I went in ..placed an order and proceeded to eat. After a few bites I realize it’s not me…the food was bland. I asked if seasoning was used and was told yes. I stated it was bland. The MANAGER MIKE says “I’ve never heard that before”..my response was “I’ve never had one taste this bad before’. He shrugged me off and went back to their personal conversation that I obviously interrupted. I gathered my food and took it home . I paid for it…I guess I’ll dress it up myself! But what a waste of money!!
