Food is good but mobile app took $20 from me and manager didn’t see the order on his screen so I had to pay twice. Manager couldn’t have cared less. $20 meal turned into $40. Won’t be going back to this location anytime soon

I stood at the register for almost 10mins waiting for the person who was more concerned with wrapping subs than he was with ringing out customers to ring me out. He said “Give me one second I’ll be right with you”, then 10mins roll by and I finally paid for my order as it came up. Never had this issue before, so this store needs to have a dedicated cashier to push customers through, not some kid wrapping sandwiches who failed to take 30 seconds of his time to ring me out so other customers can pay for their orders as well.

Dirty enviroment. Manager on charge obviously wasnt aware of his surroundings. Dirty knife in reach of customers left by register, crumbs all over the counter where the food is received. Overflowed trash, dirty tables in dining area. Truly disgusted

the food is amazing but the service could have been ALOT better. i placed an order online from 2 phones. they were both supposed to be ready at the same time. i got there when it was supposed to be ready and i still ended up waiting 20 more minutes. im really disappointed because i love getting their food but i dont like waiting for 45 minutes for my food.
