although the food is great, we called in an order and waited for 40 minutes. finally, we got tired of it and complained and then they said that this entire time the order had been ready. we told them that we arrived, we told them the order we waited for. they were unorganized.

I place an online order, it says it will be done at 8:18pm. I get there at 8:20pm, it’s not done. I sit there and wait til 8:32, they ask me what am I waiting for again?! I tell them my order, they tell me they are going to start making it now. The store is not busy, only 1 other person was in there.. just 4 employees standing around not doing anything. So I cancel my order and I will not be returning! Disappointed

I was waiting for my door dash and they took 20 minutes and the workers are just talking and laughing but not working one of the worst places in Severna park do not come here if you wanna wait 30 plus minutes

Great subs and wraps. Great service. Everything is personalized. Hand sliced meats right in front of you. Staff are welcoming and accommodating to however you want your sandwich made. My personal favorite is the original Italian wrap made Mike’s way. Omg so good! Highly recommend this location

Place was phenomenal like I mean phenomenal the sandwich was perfect every bite was like entering heavens door, I believe the employees name was Brayden? He was very respectful and good at his job I would recommend his movement up in the workplace, but overall I will be coming back here again

This was my first time to Jersey Mike’s. I have to admit, when I sat down to eat my food I was a bit concerned. I’m not a complaining Karen, but nearly all corporate/franchises are suffering from low morale resulting in poor customer service, low quality food. This nearly alarmed me: Every person behind the counter was kind, confident in what they were doing, knew their role, and hustled. Smiled. Asked customers if they could open the door them as they exited. For example- the young white brunette was absolutely on top of slicing and taking note of her coworkers finding ways to support them. Every little thing done with care. Young bearded black guy was incredible, would clean up his immediate prep station as soon as he could. I saw them work respectfully with an older customer who needed a little extra help. I can only imagine that these folks are well compensated, or should be, because they take pride in their product. I see why people like this location. I attached a photo of my sandwich as soon as I could, might’ve been too late (see photo).
