First thing this place screws up my order a lot, but the asst manager always makes sure that I’m made whole. Today the “Great Value“ Shift Lead Morgan served me up a fresh hot plate of disrespect and the foulest taste of customer service I’ve ever experienced tonight. I would hope it’s not because of the color of my skin but it’s hard to say. I asked her to kindly make lemon pepper wings and she tried to convince me to believe that I ordered garlic parm, when I hate garlic, so when she makes my correct wings she not only over sauces the wings but gives me two extra packs for kicks and giggles and was the only one laughing.
I really can’t understand how she has had this job for so long reading all of the bad reviews that she has gotten. I live less than a mile from this establishment and I would really hate to go to the other guys for my pizza but at this rate, I might just stop eating pizza altogether. I asked for corporate’s number and she simply said “Google it”
Then I asked for the asst managers name and the disrespectful LITTLE GIRL told me that she Doesn’t know if she can get out that information so she didn’t.

This is not your typical Pizza Hut!! I’m not sure what they do differently from other Pizza Huts but the pizzas here are really great! (And we’re from Chicago, so we’re pretty fussy about our pizza.) The green peppers were still crunchy, the cheese was a lovely golden-brown and the amount of sauce was perfect. The staff was pleasant and efficient. We’ll be back!

Went for the 7 dollar lovers line special got two one was 16 and the second was 9 was told we had to pay for extra toppings. So 14.00 of pizza cost 26.62. So it looks like morgan gave herself a 10 dollar tip. Will find a new pizza place

The staff were so loud I could hear most of their conversation about their personal issues etc.
And I was sitting far away from the counter.
When I requested a condiment at the counter I had to interrupt personal chatter twice in order to be noticed and heard.
Kids working need to be taught customer service and proper conduct when at work.
Won’t go back.

The pizza was decent. The pepperoni pizza was a bit greasy, almost to the point of being too soggy to eat. The store did not have Italian sausage, so the employee substituted hamburger in its place. I didn’t really care, but a phone call would have been a better way to handle the situation, especially if a customer has dietary restrictions.

I ordered their NY style pizza as well as their cheesy sticks. I can honestly say they should not be allowed to call that New York style. All it is is a semi XL pizza cut into less slices. There’s nothing big, nothing exciting AND There’s also almost no cheese and the topping and cheese just slide right off the slices before you can pull them out of the box. I also came in while they had one guy doing 3 things and his young helpers just clocking in. Next time I’ll give one of their regular Pizzas a chance, but this New York Style thing was a huge disappointment.

Its a small hole in the wall Pizza Hut inside a gas station but they’re almost always able to get your order done in 15 minutes or less, or will have it coming off the conveyer right at your scheduled time so it is fresh and hot for you. I come in often on Wednesdays for their wing deals and many of the staff there know me by name. Always appreciated!

I ordered from the online app, I promised my grandchildren pizza for having a great week. I had it scheduled to be delivered by 11:30. When the time was 11:45 I called the store to find out where my order was. During the input of my info I changed my address and phone number. When the person answered he told me that he tried to call me and tell me we were out of his area to deliver. I am only about 10 to 12 miles from that store. So I never did get the order I wanted for my grandkids. He had the right address but I never got the phone call telling me he was cancelling my order.
