While the subs are great… they are EXTREMELY SLOW!!! Additionally I don’t like that fact that they just place your sub right on the counter with nothing under it. Yes, I understand they slice the meat to order but they need to have a separate station for to-go orders.

I made an online order for the office. At least 15 subs or so. They were all wrong. They did not take off toppings that were unselected, they did not put topping that were selected, and they did not even read the special instruction for subs that wanted some toppings on the side or a simple substitution for a different type of cheese. I would understand missing one or two instructions but missing all of them is not okay. Its like they did not care and are trying to get the big order out the door. If this is how its going to be we will probably never order from here again.

Customers are not immediately greated when they enter the location. It actually took 5 minutes for any of the workers to speak even after all of them looking directly at us. I understand being busy but it doesn’t take but a second to say hello and welcome. They are the face of the franchise and can make or break the entire experience.

Bad experience here. The staff was EXTREMELY slow and seem like they have no idea what’s going on. My order was wrong. What you see in the picture is apparently what they consider “extra meat” which I paid almost $2 extra for. Had toppings I didn’t want, and was missing others I did order, even though it was all printed on the order ticket.

Worse Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been too. Rotten/Old lettecue, there extremely slow…line was at the door. I requested for new lettecue the Spanish young lady stated that’s how it come….me know cause I frequent Jersey Mike’s all around. She never changed it…so I didn’t purchase my sandwich.

Purchased a giant Italian sub with extra meat. This is no where near extra meat. Called and spoke with manager named Zola and she just disregarded my complaint. After sharing I would be providing a review she hung up on me. Manager needs training. Very unprofessional and rude.

Music was so loud it took me three times to say my order to the gentleman behind the counter. Music was also not very family friendly. Cussing and other derogatory terms regular spewed. I thought it was a Jersey Mike’s. Not a club. Also took 30 minutes for our food to get made and when it came out it was wrong. One worker behind the counter let a person jump the line and started making their sandwich before myself and another woman had ours made despite ordering before him. The stove cook kept running over to check her phone while she was cooking on the stove to change the music. Won’t be coming back to this Jersey Mike’s ever again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE….. I am done with all Jersey Mikes because of my experience here…. I will be going to Sprouts for my Tuna sandwiches now best price only $ 4.99. The counter people are extremely rude and they don’t listen at all. I tried to tell them how to make my sandwich but it turned into a never ending back and forth about over ripe tomatoes verses fresh looking tomatoes…. The lady tried to explain that they are the same and tried to put totem on my sandwich anyway yelling tomato’s are tomatoes….. I am never going back to any Jersey Mike’s they definitely don’t deserve my or my company business. I’m also removing them for my catering lunch list.

I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble but lady got both of my orders wrong. Got the other person that was with me order wrong. He said cheese steak and got a chicken cheese steak. Got both of our names wrong on our tickets.
