I just ordered 2 cheesesteaks from here, and the young man that waited on me was absolutely awesome. Good customer Service is so very important to me and to our society, Jersey Mikes does it right. I love subway also, but have never received such wonderful treatment there.

went there on Monday night 6/19. I ordered 2 #9 subs, over $40 and there was hardly any meat on both subs and it ended up being a lettuce n tomato sub……will never go back to this Jersey Mike’s…..like the girl that made it was paying for the meat…..

This location definitely needs to pay their employees more. I came in to pick up my order and things had gone haywire with a door dash and grubhub promotion not being relayed to the store. They were understaffed, understocked, but they still kept trying. As far as I know the manager either went to get more product or just walked the heck out. Door dash drivers were EXTREMELY RUDE to these folks and these three employees stood tall and STILL made my food to PERFECTION. I didn’t catch names but I’ve got descriptions of the wonderful employees that took the blows and rolled with it. Give the tall bearded fella, the indian lady, and the nice black cashier a raise, they EARNED IT.

Sometimes when I visit this location the staff is not outright rude however, they don’t seem to be welcoming and at times. And often make you feel like you’re bothering them. I’ve only experienced this with the closing crew.

I ordered through the app, I received my food and upon opening it had cheese on my sub which I requested it not have, I called the store to get a new one sent to me and they said they can’t I can only come pick it up. If I ordered the sub for delivery it would make sense that I wasn’t able to come pick it up. They said they would put my name on the list for my free sub. I guess I won’t be ordering from this Jersey Mike’s anymore.

Came in on Saturday afternoon with my son and the guy who cooked is a steak and cheese (Giant) gave us dry old bread, the steak was black colored , always brown when I buy Jersey Mike’s but that day it was off to see it black colored, and meat and fixings were 2 inches from the end on both sides. We might as well have bought a regular sub because he gave us pretty much half the sub. Then… That night we had stomach cramps and we felt sick.
