Exceptional clean and well maintained facility. We usually have the 10 -tuna regular Mikes way. In record time our tuna was done with not too much oil and vinegar so it wasn’t mushy. Fountain drinks are adequate and many choices. Friendly people will always make a difference and we will be back. Good meal for 2 under $15.

First time coming here and def will be the last. Don’t know what’s going on with this place but I sure won’t be back. I did a mobile order 7/24 and they gave me the wrong wrap so I had to come back again and get the right one made. So much time wasted on my lunch break over this. Came back 3 days later to maybe give them a 2nd chance. Placed the order mobile, showed up 20 min later for order and order still wasn’t made yet. Had to wait longer now. They finally give me my wrap and it’s 90% bread with barely anything in it. Not exaggerating. I asked for a refund because I was disgusted at this point. They won’t get a 3rd time with me.

Came here on a Saturday at lunch time to get my favorite sub from here. When I arrived I’m pretty sure the manager was taking my order, super condescending and rude for no reason. Made a mistake on the type of bread I wanted and the order, he knew exactly what type of bread I meant. Just rude for no reason. If you want costumers to keep coming back for service learn to be friendlier. I’ll go to the Feasterville one from now on. Super nice and considerate of costumers.

All I wanted to do was submit a lunch order for my coworkers. I have never had a less user-friendly experience. The websites’ “customize” feature doesn’t even list the different cheeses to swap. Then when I called to try and get some gelp, I was informed I couldn’t submit a payment over the phone..so I had to muscle through the website. I don’t have a problem with the food, but your customer service experience sucks.

Ordered on door dash so I can’t really speak much about their service in-store. I’ve been to multiple Jersey Mike’s in Jersey and never had an issue. Now living in Willow grove and I ordered a chicken Philly and it tasted off, barely had any onions and peppers, bread was stale and soggy, chicken was hard and dry. Not worth the $18 for a small sandwich. Will not be back.

I love Jersey Mike’s Horsham Rd in Willow Grove. This is the only Jersey Mike’s I have been too as well. The food is always delicious. The service is excellent. They make really large and heavy sandwiches. It is very filling. This place does not disappoint. Well worth the money. Thanks Jersey Mike’s!!!

Horrible experience!!! I went on Monday later afternoon and purchased a giant club for $17 and change. The size of a regular hoagie that typically cost $9-$11. The gentleman I believed to have been the manager, first tried to give me the bread that was open and sitting out. I explained to him that I was uncomfortable with the bread sitting out due to being hard, so he went in back and got another roll. As he started making my sandwich, he had to turn steak over for other employee since he was on telephone. Once he returned back, he had grease all over his gloves and cheese he bought back with him. I once again said I was not comfortable having my sandwich prepared like that. He went back and got another roll and took a little longer to come back. The sandwich was prepared sloppy, as well as the the counter they prepare hoagies on. What was most frightening was after I returned home and 20 minutes after eating a part of sandwich, I began coughing hysterically due to throat feeling gritty. I had to drink a bottle of water and gargle. I’m still wondering did employee put something on roll or his gloves because he was angry. I was too frightened to eat anymore. I feel this store should be investigated further. I had such a horrible experience.
