First off let me say 5 stars isn’t nearly enough! The way this sandwich set my soul on pure fire is an understatement! Every taste bud hit imaginable. I’m pregnant and this is beyond the best cheesesteak I’ve had in ages! They made it exactly how I wanted! Perfect added toppings and it was juicy and the bread was soft. I’ll definitely be back for more! Just yummy!!!

Jersey Mikes, around the corner from our hospital, does not support the 1700 nurses who have made sacrifices on August 4 and walked out of the hospital in hopes of creating a safe environment for patients AND nurses. We will no longer be supporting this establishment.

Good customer service. I’ve only been here a few times but there’s usually no line and employees are always attentive and willing to help. The sandwich tastes good. It’s also conveniently located.

Normally my sandwiches from this location are delicious.They are so good I call the shop and let them know how great my sub was. Today I ordered my sub and all I tasted was salt and it was not appetizing at all. Twenty minutes after tasting the sandwich and I still taste salt. It was a disappointment because it’s been months since I had a Jersey Mike’s sub and I was so looking forward to enjoying it.
One month later I see the response to my review last night and I called the shop and spoke with the manager Alexis today. She was extremely pleasant and helpful and I went to the shop to get my free sub. Thank you Alexis for a pleasant experience and I really appreciate your shop responding to my issue. My sandwich was good and I will be back for more.

Please update your store hours to reflect actual hours that you provide service. If you are closing 15 mins before posted hours or prevent customers from making pickup orders from the app 20 minutes before closing time, then hours should again, reflect actual hours that you provide service.

I ordered a hot sub and it had a piece of plastic inside of it which I almost consumed. When I asked for a new sub they ran out of beef and I had to have chicken instead. I did not receive an apology for the inconvenience. I will not be coming back to this location.
