The coffee that I ordered on the mobile apps was ready mins after I got there. Nice work! However, the atmosphere in the place that morning was not friendly at all. No morning, hello, welcome. None of those. Just not welcoming, get your coffee or expresso if you need but be nice and inviting to people should be a happy place to come, not tense. The glass case where the donuts were displayed was a nice touch though to get you tempted. Almost got me, got away…one more time without a fritter I win! ☕️

This Dunkin’ is amazing and the service isn’t anything special just workers being busy doing their own job as usual. It was 12 this noon so I went to pump some gas and I stopped by here. I got a bacon, cheese, egg bagel sandwich and the bagel sandwich was delicious and hot. The bagel is fresh and the food is much better compared to the location in Carrollton. It isn’t all that greasy and the iced latte is amazing. They’re really delicious and I’m gonna continue picking up the ice latte every order I place. Service was courteous, the atmosphere was really clean and this place wasn’t all that busy.

Went once – will never go again. Had no idea about what I was ordering – it was advertised on the screen, I had no customizations… Pulled around to the window – nobody. Waited a couple minutes – nobody. Finally someone comes up and can’t find our order (we were the only ones in line). Messed up both drinks (they were both wrong, and really gross – we tossed them out) It was like everyone was stoned or something – which is why atmosphere got 2stars. Thankfully we found it hilarious, nicknamed the store “DumbDunkin” (no offense to the workers, kinda), and have/will never be back. Other location/s have been great!

This was my first time visiting this Dunkin Donuts location. Everyone in the food industry in Newnan, for the most part, is extremely kind and happy. That was not my experience here. The young man who took my order walked up to the register and looked at me without saying a word. I said “Hi there” and began looking at the menu board. He said “Do you need a minute to decide?” I said yes and he walked away. When I said I was ready he didn’t hear me because he had his AirPods in. I finally got his attention and he came back up to the register, again without saying a word. I told him my order and he didn’t utter another word to me the entire time I was there. On my way out, I walked past a squished cockroach on the floor and all of the tables were dirty. I was the only person in the restaurant so there really was no excuse for any of the things I experienced today. From looking at the other reviews, it seems like I’m not the only one disappointed with this location, which is a shame since it is relatively new to the area. I understand Dunkin might not have high standards but these employees are certainly not representing this brand well. I don’t have to have Chick-fil-A customer service everywhere but I’d appreciate feeling even just the slightest bit welcome in a place that I plan to spend my money.

This is my favorite Dunkin. I travel all over the metro area for work and stop at them often. While I typically order the same drink, you’d think that drink would taste the same at all Dunkins, but not the case. My drink is consistently made correctly here, every staff I interact with knows my name and always wish me well amd are friendly. Even the manager/ owner works his tail off alongside the other employees. I like it. He cares, which ensures everyone else there does too. Thanks, y’all. You make my days better! ☕️

The older gentleman and ladies are amazing and certainly have customer service down! There’s a taller younger kid working there & he has zero business working in a role that deals with customers. He’s super rude, seems to hate his job (recommended finding something else if that’s the case). Ordering at then drive thru ruins my day knowing he is working. Once you get to the window he is so unpleasant to deal with. Simply pushes orders out the window which is whatever, but after a thank you he’ll turn his back so I make it a point to finish the conversation with a “YOU’RE WELCOME”.
As long as he works there I will take my everyday business at Dunkin to the one by the QT/Home Depot.
Whoever the manager is, this can’t be unseen & should realize this kid needs some serious training and/or re-training.
Don’t waste your time and risking dealing with an unprofessional employee. GO TO THE OTHER DUNKIN! They’re 1,000 times better.

I only gave 1 star because I had to. Everytime we go to this location it is dirty, the staff are not friendly and act like they do not want to be there. Every single time my order is drastically different. My order is medium iced coffee with 3 cream and 3 French vanilla. How can they get that wrong every single time? Also the location is dirty looking alot. When it 1st opened it was clean. I wont be back there. Maybe 1 person nog going back wont make a difference but my $ is better spent elsewhere. At least at the Dunkin by the interstate in Newnan, its consistent. Not friendly in there either but at least its the same coffee every time.

Me and my wife share one day off together and normally choose dunkin as our morning coffee safe haven on our one off day. Unfortunately, the food and service has slowly gotten worse and worse over the past few years. Our coffee is consistently never right and even BAD tasting. Dunkin has always been a comfort place as I remember getting coffee in the mornings before school in my senior year. Love coming to this location. I’ve had some negative experiences in the past at other locations. They are always friendly and the place is always clean. I’m greeted when I walk though the door and they do not rush you. Ask them what’s their favorite item if you have a hard time deciding and they will hook you up! Coffee is AMAZING!
