Longtime Customer.(former) Cranky girl manager with headbandp rejects my $100 bill after subs are made No Sign!. A total Jerk we will never comeback. $100 bill exceppted by another food establishment nearby that had the inexpensive tools needed to determine if real. Other Employees were very Pleasant.

Very consistent with all other Jersey Mike’s Subs locations. Sandwiches are always excellent although they are a bit on the pricier side. Employees here and efficient and helpful. Online ordering is definitely preferable to avoid the rush though.

First it’s not a full service location, no “#19 BBQ Beef” and others. Second after placing my order before I receive my order I was asked to give a tip. You heard me right a tip. After spending almost $18, they wouldn’t even be in my top 50 list and not meeting the expectation from the picture of the item to what I was given I would say save your money find somewhere else. Now my wife I’m sure she would love this place ,the sub cheesesteak was not heavy at all not a lot of meat and the bread was very light. Some might say I’m being a little harsh because I live in Philly but originally I’m from Baltimore and even in Baltimore There Are Places better than this place like Captain Harvey’s.

I don’t understand how it’s not even 5 and you can’t manage with a full staff. But you can stop everything to make dinner for another staff member who walked in. The amount of attitude, esp from the old dude, was WILD. No need to scream at the female teenage staff in front of the entire restaurant and then treat yourself to a break while everyone else works. Why are the girls the only one working while the men sit down? I will never come here again.

Went in today in 2/16/25 it’s usually always inviting and welcoming when I go into this store but today the blonde haired male worker seemed very aggressive while ordering and takeing payment he gets a 0 star rating, however the guy with the darker hair and glasses gets a 5 star rating he is always in such a good mood when I go in to order and takes time to make your sandwich how you request it rather than rolling his eyes and saying “ugh yeah”

second time coming to this location and was not impressed.I called and she told me 20 minutes so i got there in 20 minutes and the second sandwich was not even made yet so i had to wait even longer. it was completely dead in there so no reason for that. She was also making her co worker food while she made my sandwich which should have already been made. I also asked for extra mayo on the second sandwich since that hadn’t been made and she put a disgustingly amount of mayo on there to the point where i couldn’t even eat the sandwich like miss ma’am i didn’t ask for a mayo sandwich i just wanted more than regular. Also the shore points were apparently not working today either. I don’t think i will be coming back to this location, this place needs a lot of work or new employees none of them are happy at all.

Generally have had good sandwiches and pleasant experiences but the last visit changed my opinion. Ordered 2 subs for pickup and when I arrived (around 2:00) there was a long line which surprised me considering the time. Then I noticed the gentleman ringing people out was talking golf with a customer and not ringing anyone else out. When the next customer finally got to the register the cashier turned sideways to continue the conversation while ignoring the people on line. Even though my order was ready (thanks to a very friendly and hard working staff) I wound up walking out and going elsewhere. There’s too many other eating options available to waste my time with that kind of treatment.

I love their subs and the owner is very nice. If you have a chance check out his daughters Jersey Mike’s near Duran very good food and a very nice family. My next try is their cheese steak sub.
