This is the 2nd time I tried this location. I have been big time disappointed 2 times. I will not return. The first time the young girl was clearly annoyed that some one called out and she was rude and condescending to us as to the flow of the sandwich making. Disciplining us if we spoke out of turn. She had a hurt leg maybe so we let it go. She was the young girl with many tattoos on her arm. I don’t have a problem with that. Just describing her incase you want to speak to her. We gave it a second chance because we were heading to bring lunch to my daughter’s. My cheese steak #17 ordered exactly as stated on the menu was doused in vinegar and had tomatoes and lettuce. Totally killed it. My daughter’s buffalo bowl was smothered in tomatoes. We requested neither. They were prepared out of our watch because they were hot orders. I’m not going back. Best of luck when you leave children in charge. Very disappointed !!

We came in and werw greeted by a girl with tattoos on her left arm and she was preparing a sandwich.
She had a pair of gloves on, while we ordered our food with the other girl working the girl with the tattoos started to clean up still while wearing the same gloves, she used a rag to wipe down the counter.
Our bread and meat were sliced and handed to her, she had the same gloves on from the previous sandwich and from cleaning down the counter.
I asked her to change her gloves, she did and proceeded to make our order, she also started to work on the other customers order, while doing so she picked up the lettuce and crumbs that fell on the cutting board and tossed them back into the vegetables that are used for making everyone’s food.
She also touched the meat no the other person’s sandwich, we do not eat pork and she was using her hands to press down their meat then touched our sandwiches again.
She missed half of our condiments that should have been on the sandwich.
She needs to be retained or fired because that is not sanitary or proper food preparation.
She could make someone very sick.

The staff was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. The sandwiches were delicious and affordable. I cannot express enough positive things to say about Jersey Mike’s newton except go and eat there. You won’t regret it!!

I’m not one to write reviews, but just had to. Most Jersey Mike’s are the same in terms of the food and this one was too…great. However the staff was just fantastic! Friendly, quick, efficient…a well oiled machine. They were awesome. Place was clean and bright…the best JM I have been to yet!

Picked up my order and what I can say is that Matthew and Sabrina did a great job holding down the front end together! I could tell they were extremely busy yet they worked as a team and you could tell they take pride in customer satisfaction! Also food was good as always!

We went to see what this was all about, having gotten some coupons from my kids’ schools. The sandwiches were tasty, the employees were super friendly, and even though the line was to the door (popular!), I don’t think we waited more than 10 minutes total. I got the big kahuna cheesesteak, which was very good – proper proportions of ingredients – but the heat was a little mild in my opinion. Next time I’m going to try the 13, a classic Italian. I saw them making it and it looks great, almost changed my order but not with that line! Only one of my daughters didn’t like it, but that’s because she doesn’t like sandwiches, so I want really expecting anything else. Overall I think after the craziness of the grand opening dies down, it would be a great stop for lunch etc.

The sandwiches were AMAZING and made just the way I liked it. I went back for another right after the first one was gone! The cookies… I’ve had good cookies before but the ones at jersey mikes are delicious. Subway ain’t got nothing on them. And the service is super fast with an amazing, friendly and caring staff. I will definitely be coming back.
