Ordered dinner tonight, which I guess because it’s 4/20 I should have been wary. Orders 2 sandwiches. A chicken Philly and buffalo chicken, I got either beef on both or spoiled chicken. All I know is both went in the trash after delivery. It was too late to get anything else as they closed already. So sad my dinner after a long day at work was ruined

After ordering and having my sandwich fully made I realize I’d forgotten my wallet. After checking my points, I didn’t have enough to cover it so the manager offered to pay for the sandwich on his own rather than having to go all the way back home to grab my wallet. A great gesture on his part! I took their number and called him with my credit card once I got home.

Updated review 5/30/22 it took over 45 minutes past the scheduled pickup time to get my food. Meaning it took more than an hr from time of order to get my sub. I understand a delay on a busy day but this is terrible. At least let me cancel the order.

Got to say I was not pleased with the Holmdel location and their subs. This one is top tier, people are nicer and the subs are better. I wanted some xtra meat, and they sure provided it.
