Clearly I’m not the only one who has been spoken to rudely at this location. Guy behind the counter says to me “DON’T TOUCH, DON”T TOUCH!!!!” as if speaking to a dog….when I grabbed my pickup order (with a label with my name clearly on it). In case the owner/Franchisee reads this….. Here’s how the interaction should have gone: “Excuse me, sir, we are kindly asking customers not to pick up there own order bag. You may not have been aware of this policy, but just a friendly reminder for next time”. Customer service is dead.
Oh and by the way, this location often gets specifics of pickup orders wrong! IE adding Onions when onions not selected on the app. Forget to put chips in the pickup bag, etc, etc.
Won’t be going to this location again, EVER.

I am not one to leave a bad review but today had me a little bit in shock…I went in to grab some lunch before work, I got the sandwich in a bowl and chips. Not only was the work environment super dirty, there was food scraps everywhere. I later came to find out there was ants in my food, unfortunately I didn’t notice until I was close to finishing my meal. Super disappointed

I love this place. I’ve been to other jersey mikes but this is my fave. Alison was polite and gave me great service. She wanted to make sure my order was exactly what I wanted even recommended subs from the menu. She was so awesome this is why I always come to this location the vibes just hit everytime.

I had the #16 with grilled veggies and mushrooms on the basil bread scooped and grilled to perfection as requested. Trimmings of lettuce, tomatoes, banana peppers, and spicy chipotle sauce & oil/vinegar were on the side. The food was HOT, fresh, well done and tasty. Everyone was nice even when I went on my lunch break and found my new cousin Jeff lol started who originally helped designed this sandwich.
Listen, I strongly recommend Jersey Mike’s in Englewood this team is AMAZING and the dining hall is clean. Ask for Jeff, Alison, or Carmillo you will enjoy!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered on the Jersey Mikes app and never again. Our food was given to another driver and never delivered to us. We called the store when he got the cancel notice and they were not helpful at all. No offer to remake and we were hung up on. They told us to call corporate and corporate says call the local store. Still haven’t gotten our refund. What a scam. Stay away, this is so sad since they claim to be so community oriented

As a native of the Jersey Shore and patron of some of the original Jersey Mike’s, I’m well aware of the food and service standards – both top notch.
This location in Englewood – the crew of three on a Saturday night at approximately 530 PM – ignored us upon our arrival. One was putting away a rug in the dining room, one was cooking on the grill, a third was doing general food prep. After about five minutes I asked, “are you open?” They were.
Things got better from there. The Roast Beef sub was fresh and delicious with lots of meat.
Hopefully the staff can become better trained in customer service.
