I’m not from around here, but I had an appointment in Newark yesterday morning. I saw the sign for iced coffee so I turned around and popped in! I ended up not getting an iced coffee, and opted for one of their low-calorie, low-carb, gluten-free, High protein smoothies! How could I resist? They had literally every flavor combination you can imagine and they were all low-calorie and packed with protein!! I believe it was the owner who served me she was friendly and very sweet sister in Christ. She offered me a prayer and it turned out to be exactly what I needed that day! I hope I can get down to their Lancaster Location, the next time I’m down there! It’s actually worth a trip!

I tried Healthy Trio Smoothies for the first time today and I was blown away!! I have LOTS of dietary restrictions, the employee was so helpful! I told her what I needed to avoid and she let me read the ingredients on the proteins powders. The first powder she showed me didn’t work for me, but she had yet another option that did work for me!!
It was so wonderful to be able to try something new and feel safe while doing so! I felt like she really cared and wanted to help me! ❤️

The variety of smoothies they offer is simply outstanding, and the friendly staff make the experience even better. Not only do the smoothies taste delicious, but I love that they offer options to add in extra items like protein, immune system support, and heart-healthy ingredients. Never heard of this place before and happened to see it dropping off my taxes. Decided to try it out and the lady there was super nice and friendly! The smoothie was also really good and it didn’t take that long to wait. Will definitely be going back again!

Just visited this place today. It was my first time experiencing a healthy shake type of place. I ordered the Peanut Butter Oreo shake and wow! It was delicious. On top of that, the staff was super friendly and personable and the service was overall fantastic. Wonderful first experience and I for sure will be back!
