Last 2 times I have ordered online for pickup, they have got the order wrong. First time was they gave me a regular size instead of giant and the second time was they forgot to give me an entire sandwich. I order multiple things for the office and have to leave work to go pick up so it is really frustrating that I have to drive back every time to correct the order. They are very busy during lunch time so I can understand mistake, but geez I wish they double check themselves before saying an order is done.

Delicious sandwiches are created here with fresh ingredients. Store is always clean and counter staff always efficient, repeating back your order and greet with a smile. Portion sizes are consistent and prices are reasonable. There is a beverage cold case, snack chips racks and fresh backed (wrapped) cookies too. There are a few tables for dining inside and outside the entrance and the entrance is handicap accessible. Plenty of parking available in the shopping center lot.

Same issue that another user posted below. Asked for a Buffalo Chicken Cheese Steak, got a regular cheesesteak with lettuce and tomato. I don’t know why they keep making that mistake. Drove all the way home and then had to drive all the way back to get it fixed and they didn’t even apologize when I got there.

There food is excellent but checking out is very slow. They should have 2 registers. One for people ordering and one for people picking up. I placed my order over the phone got there and waited in line 10min. They need to address this issue.

I just ordered a Giant sub from your establishment. It is the saddest sandwich I’ve ever seen. It had one slice of meat and one cheese and was filled with mostly lettuce. You should really be ashamed of yourselves for what you charge for a sandwich.

Don’t understand, I order from Jersey Mike’s up at my job and the sandwiches at least are full with meat, but not this one in Warren! For what I paid for lunch today, it had hardly any meat and the ham and turkey club for my husband had no bacon, which is supposed to be in a club sandwich! No more from this place!
