The manger of the night shift hung up on me multiple times (yes I have proof)
Simply because I asked for the sauce I ordered to be delivered to me mind you that his delivery driver forgot it. I live 1.7 miles from this dominos…I even offered to pay him a tip to deliver it even though dominos forgot it. The night manger said he would send him back with the sauce. 3 minutes pass and the manager called me back and said “he spoke with the driver and he claims he dropped the sauce off with my food. So the night manger says he will not be coming and he believes his driver. Why would I offer the driver a tip just to bring me a thimg of icing? If I was trying to get free sauce why would l offer to pay? I just dudnt wanna ear cinnamon bites with no icing… and I cant drive due to surgery. Funny thing is my camera shows no sauce. I called back and The night manger wanted me to buy another cinnamon bites with icing and pay again.He keep hanging up on me and would not take my order. I have screenshots where I called several times. Unbelievable. I called around 1pm today and spoke with another manger and he told me “well what do you want me to do mam.” The store manger will be in at 5 pm. Call and speak with him. My family friends and I have been using this dominos for over 10 plus years. This night was beyond rude. Im just glad have I have proof.
I have never posted negative reviews on any business platform before but this is awful service.

6/14/25 changing my review to 1 star because I ordered an UNCUT pizza and received it cut. It was also old and only warm from the heating lamps. (Someone else’s order? Lazy) I also ordered NO BACON cheesy bread and it had bacon in it. Sad because it even had the special jalapeño on top. SMH
Orig review: Please teach the staff how to correctly cut pizza because wow. Not just uneven slices, but the middle also kept ripping away when pulling a slice. It’s super frustrating.

Pizza was absolutely soggy. Johnny was so rude and disrespectful calling himself a manager. He needs to get taught some manners and maybe some new training. I would never order from this Domino’s again. If it wasn’t for my kids I would’ve told him to take the pizza and shove it. Had the nerve to tell me the pizza came out soggy because that’s how I ordered it. they also need some skills on how to cut a pizza. I don’t know how hard it is but they definitely don’t have that down packed either.

This has to be the worst Domino’s franchise in all of America.. to begin with the woman who took my order over the phone was horribly rude, I ordered a pepperoni and pineapple pizza and they delivered on purpose to me a cheese pizza and management wouldn’t even give me a discount for their screw up. I would suggest you order from Papa John’s or better yet a DiGiorno pizza from the grocery store would be better than what this place serves… No wonder the girl who took my order only makes minimum wage.. seriously any other pizza joint in Port St Lucie would be better than this place..if you pay attention to all the reviews I’m not the only one to think this store should lose their franchise. I can’t stress enough how you are so much better off ordering from anywhere else.

DO NOT do delivery !!! After they said my order was delivered and IT WASNT I called to get a refund cause apparently it got mis delivered. They tried to say there’s a glitch in the system to wait 30 minutes and if it doesn’t show then call them again. I refused to, due to probably now never getting the food or getting it cold. This guy gives me a refund approx 20 mins this guys shows up and ask is it here with the box in the hand.
Manager makes him come back to my house (I’m playing the system he said, like I’m the one in the app saying my pizza was delivered ) and I have to give him the money back for a cold pizza. CRAZY !!!

Ordered pizza to be delivered. I ordered 140$ worth of pizza and gave a good tip. I go outside to wait on delivery to discover the pizza was already delivered. There laying the yard is the pizza. In the grass. On the side yard not even the front door. I called the store and told them and got what do you want us to do. The driver never came to the front door. He knocked supposedly on our side door yet none of our 4 dogs barked. He left of food in the grass where it had rained and where my dogs piss. Without a care in the world. I took the pizzas on top and threw away the bottom pizza. I will never ever order from domino’s again! This decade long loyal customer will never give a dime to this company again! At least had he delivered to the front door I have a table he could have placed it on. I was never called when the driver says he knocked and got no answer. No effort was made to make it right. The suggestion I got call corporate. That’s some fantastic customer service.

Beware of this location. Last couple orders have arrived late and stone cold. This time I had to call an hour after placing the order and was lied to that it was delivered to the wrong address and that the remade order was out for delivery. But that it would still take 30 minutes to arrive even though I live less than 1 mile from the store. No one at the store offered an apology or offered any type of coupon or anything like that. I’ll never use this location again. They sounded more excited when I canceled the order than when I placed it.

Horrible, Just plain Horrible! Beware of this location they lie about your order showing it’s delivered, when is not. Try calling the store for assistance and they said there must be a glitch in the system, and that the food would take an additional 30 mins.Mind you we ordered our food almost 40 mins before we got the message, looked outside and no where to be found, driver pulls up 20 mins later says is this the location? Like really!!, the “SYSTEM” said it was already delivered, got our food it was cold! Manager there is a liar and terrible with customer service, stay away from them!

When I received my delivery, my pizza had a couple of pieces of Spinach on it. And the wings were not marinated in the sauce, it was swirled on a few pieces. When I went to report it the next day, one that said he was the manager had no tag, made me a new pizza. but the workers who finished the pizza, didn’t get it right), in front of me the worker first pour garlic liquid, then stopped halfway and asked the other workers if it was supposed to have it on it. The worker turned and asked me, then told him no. Then instead of fixing it, they closed it and hand it to me. The so called manager refused to give his complete name and tried to tell me that he has order from NY and the wings look the same. Not from the NY ones that I ordered. NEVER BY PIZZA FROM THIS LOCATION. THEY DON’T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, NO TRAINING, FOOD TASTE BAD.
