I Love the Lincoln Park Jersey Mike’s location. The staff is awesome. Fast and Friendly. They handled a mad rush today at lunch time like pros. The subs here are always amazing and fresh. I highly recommend this Jersey Mike’s shop.

Was first time going into the store. Never had jersey Mike’s before. No greeting when we arrived. The slicer lady was rude to me. Also No rosemary bread. Young girl was pleasant and boy Also. Said bye and thank you and not a word from the lady slicing. All is well. I work in the food industry, where the owner has come in and ate. Great sandwich, but the atmosphere not so much. My husband can go alone next time.

Got my family’s entire order wrong, not a single item from the order was correct. I have allergies and so does my family so this store’s negligence in outright ignoring clearly stated requests to remove lettuce and tomato from the sandwiches means we can’t even eat this order. The kid at the register also charged us three times. $90 for what would’ve been a $30 order. They would not refund it back to the card and instead just gave me a fistfull of cash, which was also the wrong amount. And they were rude to me the whole way through. I don’t care how swamped the store was at the time, this is unacceptable. Not a single thing that couldn’t go wrong, didn’t go wrong.

My sister and I bought a turkey sandwich to go and a delicious tuna sandwich eat at the location outdoors; my Mom ate a breakfast meal from another restaurant. We had a quick birthday celebration for my sister with cupcakes. The owner was so kind and thoughtful. He placed an umbrella at the table so that we could have shade and extended birthday wishes to my sister. He told us that he and his family were new owners. His wife and daughter were friendly and professional as they took the order and prepared the meal. We wish them much success and will definitely visit again.

Had 2 huge black hairs in my sandwich from one of the employees which I possess a VIDEO of me pulling it out of the cheese where it was embedded from. Went back and asked for a refund & they said wait for our manager to call you. Sure ok no problem. Manager calls me next morning just to waste my time to tell me she can’t do anything about it. Couldn’t really get anywhere in the conversation because she talks like she’s scared of her own reflection “ummm oh uhhhmmmmm sheesh umm” was practically all I got from the conversation on her end.. terrible communication nd nothing was resolved. Is it that hard to give back $11 bucks when it was your own fault?

I have absolutely no complaints about this establishment other than the simple fact that every time I have placed an order or my elderly father has come in they NEVER fail to forget the bacon on our club subs! It’s a part of the sandwich and I simply don’t understand how none of their employees (expect for their nice manager) know what goes on each sandwich if this was a one time thing I wouldn’t be upset it’s the fact it’s every single time this has happened thank you good day!

My old review was 5 stars. I have since updated it to 2. I have now had numerous orders wrong in a row. Missing sauces, toppings and no extra meat which you pay for. I will be testing other jersey mikes. I dont trust this location to make my sandwiches right anymore. It got to a point where I predicted my orders would be wrong and they were.

Will not be going back. Ordered 2 sandwiches and received only one. Was told I could come by and get the other. Completely missed the point. I wanted my lunch. Not a credit or a drive to the store after paying $20.00 in delivery fees. On top of it Kim was rude and told me that she was happy if I don’t come back. Defeats the purpose of being in business. First off, I want to say that the sandwiches are delicious. We have zero complaints about the quality, size and taste of the food. I’m not sure of the name of the woman working the first register today but she was rude to me as I ordered, which I can handle as an adult. What really bothered us was the way she treated the young staff who were trying their best. One young girl was asking a completely innocent question about ringing up our order and she looked at her with disgust and said “whatever.” That’s just one of several examples in the short time we were in the store. It’s a new shop, everyone’s learning, and a little kindness goes along way.
