Was first time going into the store. Never had jersey Mike’s before. No greeting when we arrived. The slicer lady was rude to me. Also No rosemary bread. Young girl was pleasant and boy Also. Said bye and thank you and not a word from the lady slicing. All is well. I work in the food industry, where the owner has come in and ate. Great sandwich, but the atmosphere not so much. My husband can go alone next time.

The employee reprimanded me because my 9 year old son didn’t order fast enough. The place was empty and there was no one else there. I would have walked out if my son wasn’t with me. I will never go back again!

I have not been here for a while, but in the past, I have had no complaints. Even placed a large order for a corp meeting, all was good. I just went today and ordered a mini sandwich. Unfortunately I can tell the bread was not fresh at all. I was surprised. Hopefully during my next visit, I won’t be disappointed.

Will not be going back. Ordered 2 sandwiches and received only one. Was told I could come by and get the other. Completely missed the point. I wanted my lunch. Not a credit or a drive to the store after paying $20.00 in delivery fees. On top of it Kim was rude and told me that she was happy if I don’t come back. Defeats the purpose of being in business. My sister and I bought a turkey sandwich to go and a delicious tuna sandwich eat at the location outdoors; my Mom ate a breakfast meal from another restaurant. We had a quick birthday celebration for my sister with cupcakes. The owner was so kind and thoughtful. He placed an umbrella at the table so that we could have shade and extended birthday wishes to my sister. He told us that he and his family were new owners. His wife and daughter were friendly and professional as they took the order and prepared the meal. We wish them much success and will definitely visit again.

I adore LP Jersey Mikes. They do a great job, the staff is alway friendly and helpful and the store is kept neat and clean in a very welcoming shop. They put out a great product day in and day out in a fast and cheery manner. Sadly I had an big enough ssue with the group who “supports” the app that “supports” the local store, and will no longer be a customer, but that is zero reflection of this wonderful local franchise.
