Online order took longer than 40 minutes.
Ordered ahead of time, came into store, and no one worked on my sandwich.
I could have just ordered in line and gotten my order quicker. I waited 20 min before showing up, so it should have been done. I waited 20 more minutes in store, watching people in line come and go before I got my sandwich.
This place is actually terrible.
New photo, new sandwich, still anemic sandwiches.
Was told a few months ago meat in sandwich was few because new employee. This is not true, I watched a long time employee make a thin sandwich today.
No more excuses for me to go back to this store. I will be driving down to Connecticut Ave for my jersey mikes sandwiches. They don’t have this problem.
Thin thin thin sandwich.
Sandwich had very little meat inside, got the ham and turkey, and they put one slice of turkey, paper thin. I told someone and they told me it was due to them having a new slicer. I get that people need training, but no one is making sure sandwiches are made properly. Felt like I ate a $4-5 sandwich NOT a $12 sub. I come here often, this just feels really bad. Will not be coming back to this location. Another location is available in Norwalk, a few minutes away. I would recommend going there instead.

A twist to the traditional deli sandwich. Fresh, delicious, and made the way you want it…the same way no matter what location you visit. Forget Subway, or McDonald’s, Burger King, Wendy’s, etc. They’re not healthy and don’t taste nearly as good.
UPDATE: sad to see the food quality drop so much since JM was bought out. The roast beef looks like horse meat now. I’m no longer as enthusiastic about JM. What a shame.

Doesn’t surprise me that I had a bad experience after seeing all of the recent reviews.
I live over 30 minutes from this location and after getting out of work late, managed to walk in the door at 8:53PM. As soon as I walked in, the 2 employees looked up with disappointment in their eyes. I placed my order and proceeded to use the restroom as I had been driving for awhile.
Heres where it gets fun.. When I exited the restroom, I was asked to repeat my order. The 2 guys started whispering to each other over by the grill before the 2nd one says adamantly “I already cleaned the grill” and just stared at me .. After a long awkward silence, I asked what that meant and he repeated himself. Checked my watch, it was still before closing. I then said “so you’re not going to serve me?” .. Once again, he repeated 5 words about the grill.
If any employee at my place of business refused to help a customer that entered while we were open, or was even half as rude as the child running the grill, I would fire them on the spot. Not exactly the behavior that makes someone want to come back.
Anyway now I get to spend my night hungry as all of the other decent restaurants in the area close at 9, in addition to the wasted hour of driving. I’m literally still in shock about how bizarre that experience was.

They have a white red necked and racist manager, she services customers based on their color. Once the Soda fountain was not working, so she made A Brown customer purchase a soda, but give a free soda to a Caucasian customer. Additionally, the way she communicates with people of color clearly shows her racism and mentality. We have completely stopped going there

Came in today to order a sandwich. Some woman that was working at the register was screwing up all of the orders and complaining loudly in front of me and the rest of the customers. She had sandwiches that were ready to be handed out, but was too busy complaining about nobody doing their job to even notice the sandwiches. My hot sandwich was cold because it was sitting there so long. Not coming back to this store for sure
