A whole half onion per one quarter of sub is so excessive and wasteful. Absolutely astonished to receive this type of service from an online order. Jersey mikes corporation should be extremely disappointed with this branch given the similarities of past reviews of excessive quantities of food items; such as onions and oils that should compliment the sub not smother it. Do better. $16 x2 subs smothered in Mayo oils and of all else onions.

So been to this Jersey Mikes before and always left happy. Even gave them a five star rating. Was there yesterday and shocked / disappointed with service and sub. Ten people in line and staff is working on mobile orders letting us stand there. After placing my order my sub was thrown together and lady putting toppings on sub was a joke. Worst sub I ever had at any Jersey Mike’s and been to many as I travel for work weekly. I will not go back !!! Not worth the money at all …. Find somewhere else to go…

Second time visiting Jersey Mike’s and it does not disappoint. Had to travel a bit so called order while traveling there and takeout was ready shortly thereafter. Good portions, great quality of ingredients and everyone enjoyed their sandwiches. Definitely going back.

My husband and I went for lunch, after advising the attendant of a food allergy, we were told that online ordering came first as did the other’s customers in line, therefore we would have to wait a significant amount of time. Why does online ordering come before dine-in guests, and why couldn’t they just clean part of the grill?

First time ever at a Jersey Mike’s. I will be going back to this and the new location off exit 17 Rt 93 when they open. My wife and I ordered 2 subs, as Giant size and wow the amount of meat and toppings were great! I like that the meat is sliced fresh as you order it!! Price is a bit higher than some sub shops, but you get what you pay for.

I ordered offline all the time. I get to the store and I wait 10 minutes to even have someone say hi. People saw me and just kept doing what they were doing. I came in 6/7/23 at 12:45pm. I didn’t get any acknowledgement or my sub till 12:55pm.

Went to the Tanger outlets , the customer service was really bad!! The middle person that puts on the veggies and condiments was very sloppy. She was chewing gum with her mouth open like a cow, I could see spit going everywhere, and when she cashed us out we never got cups. And gave us back the wrong change!
