My first time in this place 5.16.24 and the first thing I see is a group of HARDWORKING LADIES! Great job! Jersey Mike’s was VERY Clean, & tidy, seemingly they were working together as a unit. I’m truly taken aback and impressed to see this as it’s been a while not seeing such teamwork and commitment to one another, in an establishment. There was a gentleman there as well but seemed to be working putting together & stacking catering boxes. I enjoyed a classic Italian and ordered for my kids steak and cheese and a chicken and onion sub, all extremely delicious and tasty, cold cuts and cheese literally cut there and veggies cut fresh. I’d DEFINITELY RECOMMEND to anyone!

Jersey Mike’s deserves 5 stars. The food is delicious, the sandwiches are made right, and the place is unbelievably clean for a Friday night.
Service was fantastic. The workers look like they enjoy their job, and it shows in how they treat people and how they run the place.
I haven’t been in a fast casual spot this good in a long time. Fast food or not, this place is on another level.

The entire team in Milford on 10/30 – at around 11:50-12 PM were kicking ASS for the lunch rush. Very sufficient and friendly even when very busy and things became chaotic. Great service that deserves to be recognized!

I ordered the original Italian. She basically through a sandwich together poorly. Put a lot of lettuce. Like overflowing amount. Forgot to put the vinegar and dressing. Worst sub I ever got at a Jersey Mike’s. Stated no oil. Bread was absolutely soaked in oil. No onions, had onions. Could not eat. Had to throw it away.. amazing I posted this six days ago and no response from the owner. Goes to show you they only care amount the money coming in and not wether the customers are happy. I remember when the owner Brian first started out. He cared what went on. Now he has a manager for the stores who just seems to not care.
