We had a wonderful experience at Sofra Restaurant. Chef Ertuğrul’s special menu was outstanding, and every dish was full of flavor. You can truly feel the Turkish and Mediterranean spirit reflected in the food. The chef’s creativity really stands out, especially in the salads, appetizers, and mezzes. Even the bread was excellent. Great taste, presentation, and atmosphere — definitely a place I would love to visit again. Highly recommended.

Let me start by saying wow. Joseph at the bar had by far the best hospitality service I have ever experienced. His knowledge of the menu and him being proud of his establishment left me with an enormous smile. Also, by far the best vesper martini I’ve ever had . He made my dining spectacular and definitely gave me the wow experience. We travel all over the world and his service was one of the top best we have ever received. Will always return. Oh, the food.. delicious! Compliments to the chef. The octopus was cooked to perfection, a MUST try. I’ve always disliked Baclava, but this one gave me a new perspective and may actually only eat it here.

I went with friends and we all ordered different dishes everything was truly amazing! Chef Ertugrul was so kind, our server Ahmet was very nice and explained everything clearly, and the restaurant manager was a true gentleman. The baklava, rice pudding, and künefe with ice cream were outstanding. I had the eggplant with yogurt starter and lamb & beef entrée every bite was perfect. Highly recommend! We will be back soon

Recently visited the Ritz Carlton in Naples, Florida and stumbled upon this hidden gem. From the moment I sat down at the bar the experience was absolutely impeccable. Aysma and Brett were truly amazing, welcoming, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to make great recommendations, crafted drinks perfectly, and created an atmosphere that made the entire night feel truly special. You can tell they genuinely care about their guest and take pride in what they. Their energy, professionalism and attention to detail elevated the entire experience. It wasn’t just about the great food and great drinks, it was about great hospitality. I’ll definitely be back!

While visiting Ritz Carlton, we saw “Sofra” and got my attention thinking it was Turkish restaurant… just to find out later that day during dinner, it is Turkish restaurant. Looking at the menu, I realized right away that it was not typical copy paste Turkish restaurant like others throughout the states. I have tasted many in multiple different states in east coast.. I yet to come across anything close to this place.
First of all, I would like to give all kudos to Chef Ertugrul, he is a master and absolutely knows what he is doing. Whole experience is just like Mediterranean style, nice and slow. Not rushed.
Second of all, I would like to thanks Elliot, who he was our server. He is amazing in his job and knows what he is doing. Definitely have him as your server and listen his recommendations, you will not be upset.
Lastly, atmosphere and ambient of this place is amazing and so relaxing. Highly recommend to anyone to experience something they haven’t experience before. Make sure you understand that you would be here at least 2 hour for your dinner experience, don’t expect that typical fast, rushed American server system.

We had an amazing dinner at Sofra, Ritz Carlton Beach resort in Naples. Our server Erald was amazing, with fantastic assistants who knew the details of the dishes they were serving. Everyone was warm and welcoming. And the food itself fantastic. Highly recommend two dips to go w the Pida (pita bread that is fresh from the oven) Muhammara ( a Syrian roasted red pepper and walnut based) and hummus. My partner had the braised lamb (our bartender promised best dish in the house…so tender, no knife needed) and I ordered a very light grilled sea bream. We enjoyed the non traditional baklava on the house. So kind!! It was much lighter and less overwhelmingly sweet than traditional with mascarpone.
Cannot recommend more.

Pictures don’t do this place justice. My wife and I came here while staying at the Ritz Naples and had an extraordinary experience. The service was excellent; we’ve been to Michelin and haven’t had service as good as this. We order the braised shank and beef/lamb over yogurt sauce for entrees which were both excellent. Their mango ice cream is a must. I would recommend this place to anyone for a memorable night out

The double (?) shutters are up, since it’s not too hot. AC and fans work at leisurely pace.
Water glasses are glass but wine is in plastic. They have lovely earthy bread plates (Fortessa) but serving in investment, melamine Creations – understandable it’s next to the family pool. But why not everything in plastics? My next crop of tableware would be melamine.
The family pool gate, every time someone going through (hotel guests and restaurant servers), it closes with a loud crack, in a quiet atmosphere.
The Bombacio linen napkins is great; would be perfect with Sixty Vines – I’m silly and may seem picayune but really wishing the best for the restaurants that I enjoy.

– Hummus: thick than the usual supermarket brand; the fried or baked chick peas perks up wonderfully; veggie sticks are crunchy and fresh.
– Tuna wrap – the side onion ring with scallion and parm garnish is wonderful
– Freekah salad – fresh and refreshing
Portions are large but all are delicious: thank you.
The bathroom sink’s drainer is rustic: I didn’t expect to see this at a Ritz-Carlton. Are the soap dispensers stopped working – hand soap bottles are on the counter.

Our server was Will and he was great! Attentive and made our experience even that more enjoyable!
My boyfriend and I were celebrating his birthday and this place did not disappoint. We had the braised Artichoke dish as an app, the chicken breast dish and the Sea Bass dish! Definitely recommend the baklava !!! …. The best I have ever had!!
