I don’t think I’ve ever wanted to write a review more. Go inside and the woman behind the counter immediately freaks out saying “she’s the only one there” no other customers in the store. She then proceeds to tell me my online order won’t be made and I need to leave. I ask why and she starts swearing at me and yelling again. I said okay maybe it was just one of those days and I tried to get a refund and she freaks out again on me. Do not go here. I have never been more insulted by someone in my life.

Quite possibly the worst Subway on the west side. If you order online and pick up, they will not make your sandwich the way you want (mainly because they know you won’t check your sandwiches before leaving). The last 3 times they have switched toppings- probably to save money. Meat was not warmed up per request. There’s a better Subway up the street in the Danny Boy’s plaza on Lorain Road. Go there.

Every. Single. Time. I order online, which is @3 days a week for a few months now, I leave a note requesting they do NOT load the ingredients like a hotdog. But, still they load it like a hotdog. Even despite the owner/Mgr getting sick enough of my notes he took the time to listen to me. Also, don’t expect to get the extra meat you pay for just because you ordered and paid for it.

I haven’t enjoyed in what seems like ages but I’m glad I decided to eat lunch here today. I enjoyed a chicken footlong sub sandwich and a Gatorade drink as well. My meal was toasted and prepared in a timely manner. Definitely returning soon

I came in to get my regular ultimate BMT from the same location I go to everytime and have never had a problem. I get to the end of my sandwich and this kid that is working there LITERALLY smashes my sandwich with his fingers with no idea how to properly close the sandwich and when i got back to my job I had to pick up almost everything cause my whole sandwich fell apart when I unwrapped it. It seemd like someone was there that had been there longer and let this kid defile my sandwich. I know I’m definitely not going back unless the regular workers are there. (There’s a girl with a dragon tattoo, she gives the best customer service and i know i will only be getting food if she is working that day, otherwise prepare for your food to be assaulted basically lol)

Ordered a veggie sub. All that I got was vegetables and cheese…and she couldn’t have been more STINGY with the veggies. I swear to god she counted each and every leaf of spinach. Then she fluffed it up to make it look like more. Lol. Just finished a foot long veg, and I’m still starving. Ugh. I’ve been to other Subways, and I always tell them I’m getting a veggie. They load it up!

Honestly I wasn’t a subway fan before going to this location. Walked in one person behind the counter (I’m sorry never got her name) she was amazing we had a 7 sandwich order. She made quick work of them. Delicious masterpieces each 1 demolished by the family once we got home. This is the only location I will go to and I’ve tried subways from Florida up the east coast
