A girl with a nose piercing who works at the edwardsville store ruined our dining experience with Jersey mikes by snapping at a customer. “I just slice it up dude” it’s just like wow that’s not nice to snap at a kid who is innocent.

Tough to park & get a seat. Sandwiches are great but employees do not listen. I told them twice to put the oil and vinegar on the side so it wouldn’t be soggy when I got home. The kid even repeated it back to me but still managed to screw it up because he was chatting with coworker’s.

My first time for Jersey Mike’s, I had heard about “The Big Kahuna Cheese Steak” and got one. This is literally the best cheesesteak hoagie I’ve ever had. Good to the last bite, and doesn’t need steak sauce like every other cheesesteak I’ve had. In Western PA where I am originally from, they have great cheesesteak hoagies and this is close to how they make them, minus the jalapenos. But the flavor the Kahuna far surpasses any other one that I’ve had.

I noticed not every sandwich is on the overhead menu so I went online and found #66 a hot philly cheesesteak. It was a very good tasting sandwich and I would recommend it to anyone !

Somewhat disappointing. The sub was decent even though it was served on white bread vs. the wheat bread I ordered. I placed my order through the Jersey Mike’s app. It took 40 minutes longer than the promised pickup time to receive my order with the explanation that the hot sandwiches were backed up on the grill – all of our sandwiches were cold. To be fair, they’ve only been open a few days and I’m sure they are still working out the kinks in their system. I’ll give them another try in a few months once they are more settled in.

Went last night for dinner with the wife and kids. As always great customer service and great subs. But we spent about 60 bucks and had gotten quite a bit of food. My 2 kids 8 and 6 the 8-year-old opened their sub and accidentally dropped half on the floor. I went back up to order another sub and had thrown the one that had just fallen on the floor away. Clayton and Nathan I believe were their names refused to allow me to pay I ever said I was fine with it and even a discount would be awesome. Still, they replaced the sub free of charge and said they understood kids have accidents. So once again thanks fellas that small gesture went a long way. You have some great employees Jersey Mike’s Edwardsville.
