I’m writing to share feedback regarding a recent visit to your location. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to poor customer service.
When I entered the store, I was not greeted, which immediately set a negative tone. The Caucasian woman with brown hair taking orders had a noticeably unpleasant demeanor and attitude, which made the interaction uncomfortable. It felt unwelcoming and off-putting.
On a positive note, Clayton, who completed my order, was friendly and professional. His service was appreciated and helped somewhat improve the overall experience.
However, due to the initial negative interaction, I would rate my visit a 5 out of 10. I hope this feedback can be used constructively to improve customer service training and ensure every guest feels welcome.

The crew they got here is unbelievable. Place was busier than all given hell and these people were fracking sandwiches out like their life depending on – not to mention mine was still quality as well and order was perfect. Keep crushing it

This sandwich shop is the best in town, by far !! The people are super friendly, from the time I walk in to exit it’s 3-4 minutes tops. I typically order 2-3 sandwiches including a Gluten free set up for my wife. Extraordinary service and quality. For the few reviews I have notice on here that are “less than 5”, I suggest staying off of your phone and get involved in the sandwich process. Things will be get much better for you. It’s 3-4 minutes.

Paid $26 for a sandwich, which is insane, but it was a giant and $9 for extra meat and cheese. There was no extra meat or cheese. This happens alot at this location but today was the worst. You can’t even see meat on the sandwich. Waste of money here.

Food was good and fresh. Peeps running the place struggled to pay attention to what the order was and needed repeats of questions they had just immediately asked. Not a huge detail, just a little scattered and not real busy. Place is tiny and parking lot is right, hence the 3 for atmosphere. Layout is weird and hard for people to que up and order.

24 Sep approx.7pm. chicken bacon ranch sub I ordered. are approx. 830 pm. This is the most soggy sub ever. The ranch dressing soaked to the bottom of sub. Can’t pick it up,need a fork or spoon to eat it. The sub was cooked in 2 halves. The meat didn’t look cooked.I baked half and that just made a hard edged sub ,soggy in the middle.Stick with the cold cut subs for me. There were 5-6 teenage workers ,supervision or more training. $18 and change wasted
