Never had lunch in a garage before, but it was a great experience. Food was good, staff was very friendly. Sno cones with ice cream was different and delicious. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. Painted wall to leave a name or saying as a memory.

I thought maybe people were blowing out of proportion how good this place could be. It’s just snow cones right? WRONG. Ordered two snow cone Supreme and they were ridiculously good. The ice is shaved almost to the point its creamy because it’s so fine. It melts in your mouth. The soft serve dollops mixed throughout the shaved ice added a creamy treat. Prices were pretty fair too, comparable to most other ice cream places, but the snow cones were rather large. Will be returning regularly! 10/10

It would have been my pleasure to give a 5☆, however the young lady working the drive thru window was very short with me even though I explained that I had never been to Jerry’s. I was looking for the most popular snow cone so that I could expedite the order but did not realize there was an option between ice-cream and whatever. Maybe I should’ve parked and come in to ask questions. I simply wish that all people that work in food service realized that the SERVICE is the main component. We can excuse food that isn’t what was expected. In this case the Tiger’s Blood snocone was AMAZING ..

We have always loved Jerry’s, but the Cordova location was a disappointment today. We had an entire dance team there today and everyone felt the same. The sno cones were delicious, but the employees all seemed so unhappy. No one smiled at the customers and they all seemed to be super bothered by having to take our order or hand us a napkin or straw. Customer service is a thing of the past.
