This was my first time here, and they did not disappoint! I ordered the fried shrimp potato and the 2 piece fish snack with a lemonade and LAWWWWWWWDDD IT WAS SO GOOD AND ON POINT!.. The atmosphere was welcoming. It’s limited seating but the menu makes up for it. Lol.. I will be returning VERY soon!

I went here with my mom. She ordered the 2pc whiting with fries and hush puppies. Although the online menu says you can order a 2pc whiting snack with 2 hush puppies, the young lady taking the order just looked dumbfounded when I said I wanted the snack (cooked extra hard or extra crispy). She said the meal with fries was the same price as the snack- ok whatever we’ll get the meal. I also ordered a 7pc chicken tender meal. A few minutes later a man walked in without a glass that had “brown water” in it in his hand and walked to the back. I said to myself “this man drinking on the job. Stop! You’re stereotyping, he just drinking some dark apple juice. Lol to myself” But when he came to the front- because the debit card doesn’t have a chip and had to be swiped and apparently the lady in the front didn’t know where to swipe the card- I smelled alcohol all on his breath. We continued to wait. Then I hear the man saying “if they don’t like the way I cook it, it’s a $3 upcharge.” Now I’m assuming this is in response to the young lady telling him we wanted the food cooked extra crispy, but I’m only assuming I don’t know for sure if he was talking about our order. Any way we get the food and nothing was fried hard. We left after getting the food. This was my second time eating food from here and I’m not as picky as my mom. She did say the food tasted alright. The only reason why I wouldn’t eat here again is because of the man drinking and in the kitchen at the same time my food was being cooked and also because there’s possibly a $3 upcharge if you want fish or fries extra crispy.

Ordered two of the 2pcs whiting. Comes with fries, hush puppies and coleslaw for $8.99 each. Price was good. Customer service meh. She wasn’t rude but not very welcoming. She was young so I don’t take it personally or hold it against her. Fish was a good size and flavorful but could be cooked a little harder for my taste but I didn’t request it so I’m not mad about it. Be careful with little ones because it does have small bones. The fries were hard but I was hungry and ate most of them. The hush puppies were so burnt. And no one eats anyone elses coleslaw so I have nothing to say about it.

Mike is the dude that cook here! When I say this food is so got damn good! I have been there twice this week and this is now my new favorite spot! If you go you have to try the potato ! That Thang so good and it is huge, 2 people can eat off it ! The cat fish nugguts are great and they have a delicious tarter sauce. I will be back

This was my first time. I ordered through Uber eats. I ordered shrimp meal, catfish, okra and Mac and cheese. The shrimp, and fish were good, but tasted like the grease was old. The fish was also a little salty. Mac and cheese was bland, the okra is good, and the hush puppies tasted burnt. I was disappointed I ask for condiments, and didn’t get any… I might try them again…. The prices are good…..

Call in to order a salad and catfish. But the young Hispanic lady got my order wrong. So I just went ahead to pay for the dinner they made to it be difficult. But then I noticed I didn’t have my condiments and fork. The young lady was rude and it displayed on her face when I walk back in. Lack of customer service, her phone was more important. Fish was fresh but fries and hush puppies over cooked. Lack of space 7 chairs and one table.

Ordered the family meal and was disappointed. The catfish was chewy, coleslaw was disgusting and looked old, hush puppies were burnt on the outside and disgusting on the inside. Fries were over cooked and unseasoned. The only thing that was somewhat decent were the wings, Mac and cheese and tartar sauce. I wasted $46 and my family and I were actually looking forward to eating there as it was a place recommended on TikTok. I don’t recommend and won’t be going again.

Dined in 2022/12/01. This place has amazing food. I got the Fish Nuggets (Whiting), and hushpuppies on the side. It’s a walk-up place with little dining space; it’s meant more for pickup and carryout. There is no public restroom so be advised of that, but that’s no big deal with the service station next door. This place has good eats and that’s the whole point of a restaurant.
