Listen this place is very cool and the prices are on par with cocktail bars. I just don’t get the hype, it has a cool atmosphere but the music didn’t match the vibe at all. The decor is all over the place as well. Servers were average as far as friendliness goes but they were painfully slow. Took about 20 minutes to get 2 drinks and it was not busy at all. In fact almost half the bar was “reserved for a wedding party” that wasn’t even there yet so that made the delay even more puzzling. I’d probably go back but I wouldn’t make it a regular spot at all. Overhyped and average for me

Such a great little speakeasy! Atmosphere was good with wonderful drinks! Espresso Martini (Spirit of ’76) was a must if you like that stuff. Everyone was happy with the drinks and the attentiveness of the bartenders. No food so come just for the drinks!!

The moment you walk in you are transported to another time. It feels like a place that isn’t supposed to belong. The bartenders are 10 out of 10, top notch. Dressed to the nines but not overdone. Knowledgeable about the drinks in a way that comes across as their passion, not their job. The music was fun, upbeat, and surprising! We were only going for one cocktail, but between the atmosphere, the amazing drinks, and the excellent service, we found ourselves staying for a second drink with no regrets. A perfect speakeasy in that you barely see it from the outside but once you go in it’s like it’s been there forever. I can’t wait to go back.

This is a really neat spot! Went on a whim last night and happy I did. The atmosphere is really comfortable once you’re seated, it has a soothing ambiance and really is like a little Time Capsule. The bartenders were friendly and informative- even at the late hour I arrived – and the drinks were unique, tasteful, and reasonably priced. Will return without a doubt.

Best bar around. Hands down. Great atmosphere, and amazing drink menu, and the owner Alex is as hospitable as if you are at his home. Our favorite spot!

Amazing little hidden gem! Happened upon this place by accident and so glad we did! In town for a wedding and will definitely be coming back for the after party! A little hard to find but Alex (new owner) is working on better signage. Just head down the stairs and have yourself a good craft cocktail!

My drink was small and basic. At first, I thought the decor was kinda cool but over time the place seemed to have too much going on. If you appreciate older historic decor from the 1800s-1900s this is your spot. Large drink menu, small drinks, and no prices on what you’re buying. Service was good to average.
