Not the first time but had to finally say something. Ordered a BLT plus mayo,mustard,onion cheese. This was what we got. Also ordered 1.Coke and 1 Diet Coke ended up with a sprite. With the prices we pay these days this is uncalled for. I suggest care more.

It tasted sour, cold my bread wasn’t toasted and warm at all my husband sandwich as well was cold I’ll never go here again , bad service I pull up to the drive thru no one gets on the speaker or comes to the window . A waste of $$ here .

Decided to sign up for an online account and try the online ordering since I didn’t have much time on my break. I arrived 10 minutes before the pickup time and sat patiently near the online order shelf 7 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready. I finally decided to go to the register and inquire about my food. They had just set my sandwich on the counter and didn’t call out my order was ready. By that time it was cold. I asked them to refund to the card I used to order. Good way to lose customers. I won’t be back.

Good place and usually is but today a bit better.The reason for the 3 on atmosphere is the AC not working good and a bit hot and uncomfortable but really not their fault..its very hot today!!! The girl helping did an exceptional job following all my requests and nailed it on the order!!! Should have got her name but worked today about 5pm.Shes awesome!!

Went to order on my 30 lunch break. Couldn’t get the app to work. Waited 5 minutes for someone to help me with 3 employees sitting in the dinning area not helping. I asked one girl if anyone was working she said she’s in the back… I say hello hello hello finally someone came… I start trying to place an order and the lady was ignoring me and started taking bread out of the oven putting cheese on it and it and said she had to do all of it and she would help me after… I walked out after 15 minutes and bought lunch at the liquor store… What a horrible subway experience… THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!

I went here a few weeks ago and had the absolute one of the best customer service experiences in a fast food setting. Fabby was so sweet and professional. She made great conversation and great sandwiches. I would completely recommend this Subway, plus it was not expensive if you have a coupon. Check it out.

I have gone here a few times and they are closed up before they are supposed to be closed or when they clearly are open have tried to go through the drive-thru and they don’t answer. Why do they have a drive-thru if they aren’t going to answer it and take people’s orders? I have a 1 year old asleep in my car. I’m not going to wake her up to walk inside that’s why I want to use the drive-thru. Ended up having to go somewhere else on more than one occasion because of this

This location has a drive thru. I came to this location because the other location was busy with app orders. This location was not busy. The store was nicely lit and very clean! The customer service was outstanding, all the food was fresh and my sandwich was very delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I was with my friends and we were just visiting her mom that is in the hospital and she was hungry. we went to subway for her because it was close and they were closed earlier than what was advertised. they saw us try and walk in and just stared. we tried the drive thru and they proceeded to block it off. very unacceptable. will not be coming back.

Blown away by this Sparkling Clean Subway the minute I walked in! Traveling through Apple Valley and if we find our way here again you can bet we’ll stop at this Subway! They definitely adhere to “Eat Fresh”!
