Terrible management of the establishment. I tried calling about my pizza just not being up to standard that the dough seemed to be off today for a hand tossed pizza. Yes we ate some of the food but I wanted to see if they would just make it right. Instead the manager went on to say that they wouldn’t help me as I had left the store with the pizza and we had already ate more than two slices. CHECK YOUR PIZZAS before you leave the building for quality as they don’t care.

I had an amazing experience with Gabe’s delivery service! He arrived early, which was such a pleasant surprise. He was incredibly friendly and communicated really well throughout the process. ITS ANOTHER ONE-STAR REVIEW!
There are some big issues at this location and the owners don’t seem to care. Over an hour wait and according to their tracker the pizza was out in the wild for 30 minutes (the Dominos is a 10 minute walk away.)
I called and cancelled.
No apologies, no acknowledgement that they failed. Probably dodged a bullet on food quality/safety if this is how they do business.
I recommend that you stay away until you see some review changes.

I ordered 2 pizzas with light sauce. Both pizzas were undercooked in the center and one was so covered in sauce you couldn’t even see the cuts of the pizza slices. When I called to let them know the manager said it was my fault for ordering the pizzas the way I did and to order them well done to ensure they were cooked a little extra. The manager argued and said I was wrong instead of taking accountability for the error he or his team made and talked to me like I was an idiot. I order often and a pan pizza should never have the toppings sliding off. I’m very disappointed that the manager pushed blame onto the customer instead of holding himself and his team accountable. Don’t order from this domino’s unless you want to be treated like an idiot if they make a mistake.

I made a huge mistake tonight by not giving the correct address when placing an order to be delivered. It was too late once I noticed and I called the store to confess my mistake. There were two different people I spoke to, but they both were very kind and calm about the situation. They ended up remaking my order free of charge, and I want to say THANK YOU so very much for remaking my order when the mistake was on my end. I appreciated you guys so much for this!

The Ai phone ordering system is the most frustrating thing ever! It doesn’t understand many commands, it doesnt recognize national coupons, and makes constant mistakes.
Ordering through the app is also frustrating, as I get to the payment, after typing in my order, and my payment fails every time. A store manager told me this is a constant issue, and to order saying I will pay cash. Because there’s no way to reach a store representative by phone, I have to wait for the driver to arrive, and explain that they need to call their store to give my credit card info.
This is the WORST system and is so disrespectful to dominos customers. Dominos is unwilling to pay for an extra employee to take the phone orders, and consequently lost hundreds of dollars from myself alone. Its entirely frustrating to want to buy your pizza, and not be able to because your system is bonkers.
So, I attempted to go in to order in person.. they messed up my order! This company has gone downhill fast

Ordered a med pizza a couple weeks back and asked for mushrooms.. got maybe 2 mushrooms per slice.
Ordered one tonight, asked for extra mushrooms, thinking eh, maybe it’s just a fluke. Got a pizza with what I’d call a “normal” amount of mushrooms.
I love mushies so it’s a huge bummer to me :/
