Very pleased everytime I come here whether it’s dining in or takeout. I’d highly recommend the delicious mozzarella sticks (they’re the best!!!). I also love getting the Caesar rice bowl (so yummy)! Today I tried the crispy Caesar wrap and it was absolutely amazing! The sushi is also the best around town and I can’t wait to go back again!! Our waitress Sarah was so attentive and very kind! One of my favorite restaurants on Cape Cod, they never have disappointed me, I’d give 100 stars if I could.

First time here. 10/10 started with the wings, I’ve never had better saucy and crispy wings before. Had a selection of sushi/ poke, plus a steak bomb. Everything arrived quickly and perfect. Service was also great. Can’t wait to come back. What a great spot.

Delicious sushi I got the sandbar. However the roll was giant and you couldn’t fit the whole thing in ur mouth. I’d rather have a smaller roll that you can eat easily and more slices. I got an orange chicken special for dinner and it was so delicious. My boyfriend got a burger which he said was great. Great service too shout out Kim!

Excellent burgers and sushi here.
Couldn’t believe they would have great sushi but they did.
Burgers were very good and their onion rings were beer battered and their tater tots brought back school day memories.
Had the lobster sushi that had 10 pieces and was very good.
Highly recommend this place.

What a great place for lunch!
Lots of outdoor seating with plenty of coverage.
The menus is digital so you can pull it up on your phone with your camera. There were so many options to choose from. I went with the steak bomb and my wife got the salmon burger. Both of them were delicious. Definitely coming back here to try something else off the menu.

Was on vacation looking for a good burger place while we were in Newport. Saw that this was on some articles as having the best burgers in the state and it wasn’t too far from where we were so we decided to give it a try. We all were a little hesitant because usually places that try to do to many types of food don’t end up being good in any areas but we all REALLY enjoyed our meals. And after we finished our burgers they gave us free sushi to try and that was also good. So overall I’d suggest this place. Don’t let the burger and sushi thing throw you off. Somehow they manage it well. The menu is also pretty extensive so a lot of options!

Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere! The servers are so sweet and offer great recommendations. I didn’t try the burgers but… THIS IS THE BEST SUSHI ON THE CAPE! No, seriously. The flavor combinations are excellent and the rice is perfectly prepared. I love that the rolls aren’t overloaded with rice, the balance is just right!
Also tried the fried cheese curds, they were soooooo gooood!
If you come during the fall season you can get a glass of Shipyard Pumpkin beer which pairs great with the sushi! They have tons of great beers available! Can’t wait to go back and try different rolls!

The food was amazing. I got the Alpine + bacon with fries. Rating:DISTINGUISHED! The service was top notch. Extremely friendly staff. I also ordered the Amore sushi plate. Absolutely amazing. I am a fan of sushi and this was 10 of 10. Fresh and perfectly prepared. The tuna was definitely top notch. Completely shocked of sushi of this caliber at a burger joint. I ordered a bottle Guinness. It arrived in a chilled glass with a perfect pour! A++
Ok ok ok…. JD’s the sequel! After a long day of PowerPoint I decided a return to the crown jewel of burgers and sushi was a go. I was not disappointed. I kicked off with the sweet chili and teriyaki wings. Phenomenal. A perfect poured Guinness. Thirst quenched. I smoked the Mac Daddy burger with sweet potato fries and finished off with a chocolate shake. I had a first time visitor with me and he was equally satisfied. The staff was friendly and service top tier. Once again JD’s has exceeded the standard and remains …… DISTINGUISHED. ✌️

This place was incredible. Each of us got something different: a burger, some wings, sweet potato fries, a salad and some sushi. Not one complaint! All of the food was amazing and the service couldn’t have been better, our waitress was very helpful and more then happy to help us navigate the whole menu. We will DEFINITELY be going back!
