My wife and I stopped to get lunch at this location in Wilson N.C. the food tastes great and the service was perfect. Very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time we were there . Would have given 5 Stars but the cheese steak was half the steak I’m used to getting at other locations. The first couple of bites and the last 2 were nothing but bread but yet the price did not reflect them lesser meat in the sandwich . the large cheese steak full of meat is what keeps me coming back so don’t short the customer. The last picture is from Rocky Mount location.

My son and I visited this location today. I ordered the cheesesteak with chilli cheese fries so good everything was hot and fresh. The restaurant was really clean and the staff were nice. Our server was Emma I think was her name. Love Hwy 55

Excellent experience all the way around. Was greeted by Leeah, who was also my server, at the door. Ordered two sandwiches, tots, and a strawberry milkshake. Food was served quickly and hot. Perfectly cooked and made the way i asked. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Nicole is an unsavory person with no ability to help regarding cold food and customer service. I asked to talk to a manager so I can discuss why food can’t be remade if it’s cold. She said they just “don’t do that”. Call was around 2pm on a Sunday. I have worked customer service and would not treat anyone this way, if you serve cold food please fix it. I hope management retrains her

The worst meal I’ve ever had in Wilson. We couldn’t even it eat. They make you pay with a credit card over the phone because they know you’d never pay for this garbage in person. RUN FROM THIS CESSPOOL. The manager running the register assured me the order was correct because she personally bagged it she said while scratching her neck tattoos as I tried to rebag the undercooked and dripping with oil fries. Calling the main company tomorrow for whatever good that does.

It’s been a while since I last ate at Hwy 55 burgers (~4 yrs). Their burgers are good but not really memorable. I had the pimento cheeseburger, and the pimento was not it. It tasted like nothing but watery mayo.
My brother ordered the cheesesteak with no onions but our waitress must’ve forgotten or not heard him. He still ate it since he didn’t want to wait another 15 mins for his food.
Not my favorite burger place but it’s not the worst in Wilson. Would rather eat here than Hardee’s or Burger King but alas there are some really good burger places such as the Ruckus, Best n Burgers that, imo, are better.
