Men’s bathroom toilet needs to be immediately reseated, leveled, and secured to the floor flange.
Service was pleasant. Food was to be as expected. The double beef sandwich was very generous. I rate the hamburger above average for a fast food joint.

Dinner time I understand that it’s busy but please make sure the complete order is in the bag before you hand it out the drive thru. My daughter’s sandwich which was a special order was not in the bag. Shame on me for not checking the bag before I left the store.

Me and my husband went to arbys one night, just a few nights ago. I ordered 3 beef and cheddars and two curly fries, and a order of Jalapeño poppers to go. We only live about 7 minutes from here. When we got home we opened up our sandwiches to only find raw, pink beef!! Even the fries and poppers were very old and you can tell they had been sitting there for a long time. I took pictures and I even called them. They said they had just closed and there was nothing they could do. The night manager insisted that the beef was cooked. I beg to differ! I have been trying to get ahold of them since then and they will not answer the phone. I am beyond upset at this point. No refund, no remake, nothing. I am a manager myself with a different company in town and I would never treat any of my customers like this! You guys need better service, better management and a better attitude!

Sauce dispenser clogged; shot a foot long stream of sauce all over my fresh clothes. If I was the manager, I would offer my customer an apology, a refund and a gift card to return. Staff is more interested in each other than the customers. Nuggets are trash. Roast Beef just isn’t the same and I dislike the new style. Mots sticks are fine. Shake is fantastic. Restaurant was clean and a/c working great.

My husband and I live close to this location, but also close enough to Springfield that we receive Springfield/Cincinnatti market promotions and not Dayton ones. We went into this store with an out of market coupon, which I didn’t realize at the time. The general manager came up to put in our order, since the line staff was unsure of what to do because of the coupon type. The manager informed us that she would honor our coupon, but it was clear through her communication that in the future we should make sure to be aware of which stores are covered in the coupon zone. In the way she delivered her message, she was very professional, very courteous, and very kind, and never once made us feel any type of way for using the coupon we had. The food was amazing and her care and service was even better. Kudos to the managers who still know what they’re doing. Thanks for an a great experience instead of what could have been a very common fast-food lunch.

I would usually give this Arby’s a better rating. However the past 4 times has been nothing but short of disappointment. Foods expensive now a days , so eating out once a week is a treat. The treat shouldn’t be so costly just to get burnt or bad food. Disappointment. I called and called trying to get someone to pick up so I could take my food back to let them make it right, no one will answer the phone. My bun was completely burnt and gross . The roast beef was discolored for some reason and didn’t taste right at all. Please do better .
